Brilliant location & view of Acropolis

Amazing location. The ruins in the kitchen made an fantastic feature wall. Downstairs courtyard was great. Rooftop area was amazing, especially at night with the Acropolis lit up. Great having a key code instead of keys, especially with 8 people. Handy to the Agora, markets, lots of eateries. Loved the wooden floors and all the little quirks of the house. Thanks :)

The downstairs shower you could not stand up in. You pretty much had to sit on the step to shower. Was a bit pricey, but that was the location.

Stunning quiet and comfortable villa in a lovely central location

Beautifully appointed in an excellent and quiet location. The Villa was clean, beds comfortable, temperature controllable and lots of space. The kitchen well equipped and the roof terrace was spectacular with views of the Acropolis and a sun trap. Well do d Nikos we had a wonderful stay ❤️

The location makes this house a diamond in the rough.

My family and I LOVED the location of the property. We stayed at there from November 6 until November 12, 2022, off tourist season, but the city was really happening due to the Athens Marathon on November 12, 2022. The location is walking distance from all archeological attractions and museums.

The day we arrived was raining, and the entry garden was flooded because the drains were clogged. We had to step into about three inches of accumulated rainwater with our luggage in order to be able to access the second entry door into the house. Getting in and out of the house into the first open landing is difficult because the door is very narrow, and that makes it especially difficult to bring the luggage in and out. The bathroom of the first floor, listed as a full bathroom, is a health hazard. To take a shower I had to squat down, otherwise I would hit my head as it seems that the shower was built under a staircase. The mirror was ornamental at best because one is unable to see a clear reflection on it. The bed in the first-floor bedroom was very noise, and the floors had piles of hair. The dishwasher was not functional, and the kitchen could be better stacked, but you can make hot water for tea and there is a coffee maker. The beautifully renovated bathroom on the second floor has a tub with a hand shower, but there is no curtain to prevent water from spattering all over the bathroom floor. All three toilets were rust stained. The access to the rooftop was steep and dangerous. Some changes to the house could improve its comfort, and overall, the house could be better maintained.

We loved this hidden gem. It was in the perfect location and had an amazing view from rooftop deck.

The was in an ideal location, easy to walk to everything and was just perfect. We enjoyed the courtyard and rooftop deck. We felt it was spacious and well equipment and highly reccomend.

THIS IS A FANTASTIC ESTABLISHMENT!

This place, and our host was incredible. Each person had their own room and three bathrooms made it perfect for four women. Niko was responsive to all inquiries before arriving and the entrance codes/wifi was sent prior to our arrival, so very easy to gain access. This old home is on three levels. Main floor had living, kitchen and one bedroom/bathroom. Second floor had three bedrooms with one of them outfitted with three bunkbeds. Can easily sleep 9 people. The third floor is a rooftop terrace which is perfect for and views. VERY CLEAN and well maintained. Washer and clotheslines. Large tub in one bathroom. Owner also owns a coffee company, so the provided coffee was EXCELLENT.

Beds were a bit hard except for the double bed on the main floor.

Location was as expected.

We would have appreciated any information about the neighborhood, recommendations for restaurants, etc. as we often get when staying at other properties. Also, it would be good for the property manager to have some specific recommendations on driver service from the airport, rather than just a referral to websites. With a little more of a personal touch, our rating would have moved from good to very good.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Athene. Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanbevelen!

De lokatie was geweldig. Midden in het centrum van Athene, maar toch rustig. Veel gebruik gemaakt van het dakterras (met prachtig uitzicht) en de patio voor het ontbijt. Het was schoon, bedden goed, genoeg handdoeken. Ook het kontakt met de eigenaar verliep zeer goed.

Er zijn 3 badkamers met elk 1 toilet en 1 wastafel. de douche in de badkamer op de begane grond is laag en klein. Niet geschikt voor mensen boven de 170 cm. op de eerste verdieping heeft 1 badkamer een douche en de andere badkamer een groot bubbelbad met een handdouche.
