It was quiet inside apartment. It's basic but good location and it was clean. Restaurants and bars all around. It says 2 bedrooms but the 2nd bed is in living room and no storage in that room for clothes. It wasn't a problem to us but some people may not like it.
Graffiti on outside of building although we expected it from previous reviews. The table and chairs outside apartment were next to residents washing and right up next to another apartment door so not inviting. Lights didn't seem to work in hallway and had to use phone torch to go back upstairs at night.

L'appartement est parfaitement bien placé pour les visites et les sorties bar et restaurant. Il est très clair et bien équipé.
La terrasse est en fait un toit sale et l'aménagement n'est pas du tout comme sur les photos. Nous avons du lessiver table et chaises pour nous y asseoir. Pas de canapé comme sur la photo de booking.
La vue jardin n'en est pas une non plus.
Problème avec la douche,le bouton douche/ douchette est hors service

De ligging en dakterras zijn fantastisch. Het appartement ziet er netjes uit.
Er is een hoop achterstallig onderhoud (appartement 1) wat gevaarlijk kan zijn. Deur van de slaapkamer kan niet dicht, deurklink zal compleet los dus die had je in je handen. Het slot van de badkamer is kapot waardoor iemand een half uur opgesloten zat, is voor oudere mensen gevaarlijk, die komen er nooit meer uit. De wisselstand vaste/handdouche is stuk waardoor je een halve straal hebt. De tv doet het niet. Een stoel waar je niet op kan zitten want de schroefjes waarmee hij vast hoort zitten los, is ook voor oude mensen gevaarlijk als ze gaan zitten.
