Karma Athens II

The room is very spacious, with high ceilings, it´s comfortable and cool. It was a relief to arrive afeter walking around Athens in the sweltering heat. Tne area is quiet and offers very easy access to restaurants, places of interest and transport links.

One of the curtains didn't cover the window completely, so light was seeping ing (it seems the light bulb is solar-powered and couldn't be switched off).

The location was very close to everything in Plaka, easy to walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. The check-in process was very easy.

The room was semi basement so had no windows, but was fine for a one night stay.

On the one hand, the access to the building and the rooms we're super easy. We arrived late in the evenning and we still got our room with no problem. In terms of location, the hotel is really well placed, it's within minutes walking from the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum as well as bus and metro lines that connect to the airport. If you need there's always the possibility of leaving the luggage stored before check-in or after check-out.

Although our room was really comfortable and clean, the photos for the specific room we booked included a bathtub which was not present in our room. The shower could also be better. The space in the box is more than sufficient, however the shower and the shampoo and soap supports were almost falling apart. It is no big deal in general, but these are simple things that could be easily fixed.

We got the top rom and our terrace, that was very nice at night.

No elevator that made it really uncomfortable carrying the suitcases up all the stairs. Was okey cleaning, but not the best.
