The location close to Monastiraki station and square was very convenient. The apartment was spacious and had a view to the Parthenon.
There was no washing machine, fine for us but might be a concern if someone is staying longer.

Great views, close to everything. Comfortable studio
Air con didn’t get cool. No tea towel, No washing up liquid. Bit noisy on one night from a below balcony next door.

The flat is placed in a nice area of Athens, the first impact or impression was not so wonderful but you need to get in the city nightlife mood if that's what you're looking for then all look nicer. The owner is very kind, there were some issues with the flat during my stay but we constructively discussed them.
As discussed with the owner, the flat has potential, but the maintenance is not that good. There were many small issues (lights, towel hooks, Internet connection) that reduced the enjoyment. One absolute no-go was the noise. Neighbours are on renovation, which means getting awake at 7.50 AM from an electric hammer on walls was not on my list of holiday dreams. The flat 601 has no view of the city.
