The guest reception was exceptional. Albert went above and beyond, super helpful, full of great recommendations, and took the time to explain the area and point out useful spots on a map despite our late arrival, around 10 pm. The apartment is very comfortable, with great A/C and a big ceiling fan, highly appreciated with temperatures reaching 37°C. The location is fantastic, super quiet for a well rested sleep, yet just a short walk from the main landmarks, bars, and restaurants.
The only minor drawbacks were the shower head, which was a little loose and could use better water pressure, and the mini fridge, which can be a bit noisy at night.

The location was great, and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, and there were thoughtful little touches throughout, even a small bookshelf. I also really enjoyed the private balcony. The bed and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the apartment had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay.
The soundproofing could definitely be improved. You can easily hear other guests entering and leaving their apartments, doors closing, and even bathroom and flushing noises at night. Being suddenly woken up by a door slamming was quite startling.

Property was close to the Acropolis and Parthenon. It’s a quick maybe 10 minute walk there. And for the price you can’t beat the logistics of that.

Extremely clean, very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. Not right in the city which is great because its not noisy or busy but within walking distance that everything you need is easily accessible. Attractions & beaches are not too far as well. We were very pleasantly surprised. Albert and his wife were also very lovely! Amazing hosts. Very helpful and accommodating. Already planning to book our next Athens stay here.
