A nice little apartment in a great location in Athens.

Great location in a nice area with many eating places, close to the Acropolis and public transport. Friendly and helpful host. Comfortable bed.

Small bathroom-hard to access shower and limited space on vanity. As it is a self contained apartment would have been nice to have had a coffee pod machine or plunger. Suggest maybe an apartment at or above street level rather than semi basement.

Perfectly located in a lovely neighbourhood right near the Acropolis and a bunch of amazing cafes and restaurants. Quaint and beautiful property, and Albert was wonderful and friendly - waiting up late for our arrival and helping us with any question.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY . THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL. THE APPARTMENT WAS CLEAN,SHINY AND COMFORTABLE. IN THE VERY HEART OF ATHENS WE HAD AN EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND PEACEFUL TIME. MANY THANKS TO ALBERT WHO WAS GREAT,ALWAYS THERE ,WILLING TO HELP.

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. EXCEPT MAYBE FOR THE BATHROOM WHICH IS A BIT NARROW WITH NO SPACE TO PLACE THINGS.

Great location , clean and comfortable at a good price

Location. Close to all the popular sights and safe neighborhood. Our check in went smoothly and lots of great info given by Albert. Place was clean and comfortable.

No outlet in the bathroom so had to do hair in hallway where a mirror and outlet were.

Wonderful time in Athens- highly recommend

Excellent location- a lovely neighbourhood, close to the acropolis and the metro, perfect for walking Plaka and Monstariki. Wonderful staff; Albert was incredible and helped support all our needs. The room itself was comfortable, clean and quiet with a lovely balcony where you could see the ocean one side and part of the acropolis the other.

The mattresses were very hard, but this is probably good for our backs.

Lovely apartment in great location.

This is a great apartment in a fantastic location in Athens. Quiet street. Nicely decorated. VERY helpful staff who helped us arange taxis and transpotation etc.

This apartment is really only for 2 people. It advertises for 4 but the rooms are connected and would only be ok if it was parents with two small children.

Lovely apartment in an excellent safe and walkable location.

This is great little group of apartments in an excellent, safe area. The staff are lovely and very helpful and everything is good. Good beds. Nice balcony. Well stocked kitchen. The staff were very good with arranging taxis for us.

Even though they say you can sleep 4 these apartments are for 2 people - there is no privacy or room for anything if you have 4 people. The rooms are connected together and if you shut the screen there is no air con. Once you have the keys its good but its a bit of a faff having to meet someone rather than using a Dropbox for they key and paying electronically.

Great spot!

The apartment was situated on a lovely quiet street a short walk away from Plaka. We loved the location because it was a good reprieve from the crowds. The place was light, peaceful, spacious (for 2), very comfortable and our host was very helpful!

The shower head could do with replacing, but otherwise we liked it all.

Great location, comfortable and clean!

It's a cosy apartment with a very convenient location. Albert was very nice and welcoming and explained everything we needed to know and he gave us good recommendations for places to go. The room was very clean and comfortable!

A tiny inconvenience was that the shower door did not open fully and it was a bit difficult to get into the shower. But this is just a tiny detail that would not stop me from booking here again in the future!

Kind hosts, good and safe location, and fully equipped apartment

The coordination with the host(s) was easy and pain free. Our main contact was always very quick to respond. Upon arrival we received a map and some tips for our stay which we really appreciated. The apartment contains everything you might need during your stay and we always felt safe.

The Semi-basement apartment we booked really only lacks a beautiful view. It does make up for it through its location, but it could be something you want to keep in mind while booking your stay.

A bargain for the price! I definitely recommend.

Great, tasteful modern finishings throughout the apartment. The use of the lounge as a kids bedroom worked really well and was organised nicely by the hotel. The neighborhood is excellent for good restaurants (non-touristy) and the proximity to the Parthenon is great while still being separated from more touristy parts of Athens.

The sensitive local noise laws combined with the weak noise proofing of the the building made it difficult to manage sound with our small kids. It worked fine for us though and we’d still recommend the place and go back. Perhaps better use of the courtyard can be made - a simple breakfast offering?

It’s a great place to stay in Athens—we’ll be staying here again!

The location is excellent because it’s close to the Acropolis and Plaka but not in a tourist area, with local cafes and bars near by. The street is very quiet, for Athens, and the suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely short stay in the centre of Athens in a fabulous building with great facilities

Lovely apartment in a good location for all the sites of Athens. The apartment had every thing you need and was well equipped. Special mention to Albert who was extremely helpful at check in and organising at taxi to the port. Excellent communication pre-stay. Thank you would definitely stay here again

Everything! Extremely clear communication from the knowledgeable, friendly and professional host. The coco-mat bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and in a beautiful old building in the perfect location outside of the tourist areas, but a short walk to everywhere you want to be!

Amazing stay in Athens best area

Incredible location very close to Acropolis and two metro stations. The area of Koukaki is a great neighborhood with old beautiful mansions. The room we stayed in was very spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean.

The only problem was the noise from the upstairs neighbors due to the wooden flooring we could hear every step and since it was a young couple they would arrive late at night after going out. However the hotel is very thoughtful and provides complimentary ear plugs as part of the amenities.

Feels like home & so close to the Acropolis

We loved our stay here & Albert, the host was so lovely, he really made our stay very special! The location is in a residential area, a very short walk to the Acropolis & also Plaka with lots of little cafes & supermarkets nearby. We were able to walk to everywhere which was great! The apartment felt very clean & homely. Relaxing here after a big day of sightseeing was really nice. A wonderful & very affordable stay :)

As the apartment is in an historic building there is a lot of creaking of the old floorboards from the apartment above & next door which Albert explained when we arrived. It didn’t bother us too much but should be considered if you need a quiet stay. The listing said there was a washing machine & safe in the room which there wasn’t. We had been travelling for a couple of weeks & were relying on doing washing, unfortunately we ended up having to take it to a laundry nearby instead (€8 per load to wash & dry) Not a big hassle but still a little disappointing for us.

Short family trip in the city

Location is beautiful, the only place I want to stay when I'm in Athens now. It's super central but at the same feels like a small cozy neighbourhood. Love the actual apartments, amazingly well done.
