Close proximity to acropolis

Upward slope to go up with luggage. Not easy to carry luggage.

The apartment is much bigger than it looks in the photos. It has a really cosy feel, like you are staying at a friend’s place. Very much home from home. Everything was clean. We had everything we needed to cook. The location is excellent. opposite the acropolis. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Big TV with Netflix and prime which was good as we stayed for 15 nights. Really comfy bed. There is a bike in the apartment which we joked was to get you from one end of the apartment to the other! The apartment has tall ceilings and is very long so you have a feeling of having a lot of room which is perfect if you have more than 2 people staying. It was just the 2 of us and we felt able to chill out as we would at home.

There is only a very small balcony at the back so if you want outside space, this would not be the apartment for you. We did not find this an issue because there is so much to do in Athens, we were out and about out exploring.

This was the cleanest apartment we've stayed in and one of the largest. It was very comfortable for our active kids and they were comfortable in the beds made up in the living room. The host was amazing as well. When we arrived, the living room beds were not made, and I sent a message - within an hour the host had sent someone over to make up the beds and was very apologetic. Location is fantastic!

The wifi did not reach the main bedroom. There was no access to a roof, so the view advertised is not from the property. But the location is 1 block away from the Acropolis and is amazing. Also, parking is tough, but that's just Athens, not the host's fault!

The apartment is in the centre of Athens, just a few minutes walk to the Acropolis and the city center. Check-in and out were very easy. Would only recommend it to couples or groups of 4.

The room with the 2 sleeping couches had no air conditioning, so it was really hot by night. Only the bedroom had ac. We were 6 people- the apartment was definitely too small for us. Unfortunately we found cockroaches in the kitchen.
