My stay at the apartment was nothing short of exceptional! The apartment is very spacious and very well decorated. I was also impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the space, since it was spotless, and you could tell that a lot of care went into preparing it for guests. The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions and local amenities. The host was incredibly polite and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Communication was effortless, and they were always quick to respond to any questions or requests. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

Nice modern looking apartment with excellent location, easy to reach all tourist attractions on foot or by metro. Really helpful staff.

Apartment had some defects. One of the sinks had a big leak that made a mess when used. The dishwasher was out of order. One of the showers did not have a showerhead, only a handheld sprayer. The floor was probably not that clean, walking on it with white socks turned them black real quick.

Bright, spacious apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, clean sheets and towels. Ten minute walk from Hadrian's Gate and into Acropolis area.

ABA gets a fail, not because of the accommodation, but for our inability to access the property. Our flight into Athens was cancelled and instead of arriving by 10pm we were rescheduled to arrive at the airport at 1am, the following morning. Upon learning of our new schedule, I emailed Stephanos 2/3 times with no response. The booking.com site messaging was also not responding. On arrival, we rang the buzzer as directed, with no response. Our taxi driver phoned the number indicated by Stephanos only to be hung up on. So at 3am we were left stranded outside on the street which is unconscionable. This cannot be the first time someone has arrived late, even before a pandemic and all its associated problems. We had prepaid four nights for a guaranteed arrival and were not admitted until 10.30am, thereby losing one night's payment. Our very reliable Athenian Taxi driver who had been constantly in touch helped us get a hotel nearby, requiring an additional night's expense. A friendly young woman, supposedly the host, met us at the door of the ABA apartment but informed us this had not been her responsibility to let us in originally. We never had so much as an apology from Stephanos. At the very least I expect a refund for the night we missed and I suggest he get a lock box for that property.
