Excellent location. Well designed and appointed room.
I had a front facing room and the street noise was a bit bothersome at times.

The studio was clean, comfortable, and really conveniently located. Everything looked updated, and the balcony had a beautiful view of the acropolis. Communication with the host was mostly very easy, and she even organized a taxi for me when I needed to leave for the airport, which was very helpful.
I mostly liked everything, although it was on the expensive side for a studio. It would also have been helpful to know beforehand if and when housekeeping was coming by.

Location is great. Monastiraki station is just across the road, can take train directly to airport. The busy street of restaurants is right behind the apartment block, so convenient but quieter. We use the common terrace for breakfast and evening drinks. Very pleasant.
Homeless people on the street where the apartment block is. Not bothered, but just a very different vibe from the busy restaurant street behind.
