The property is in a good location, easy to find, as well as being close to the metro. We were in a suite with a view of the Acropolis (spectacular) The suite was spotless. The block of units is above ‘Yum…Me’ gelato shop … best gelato I’ve had!! When we met Soula (one of the owners) she greeted us like old friends. She and her staff in the Gelato shop were wonderful. I would gladly recommend Mythos Luxury Suites as a place to stay.

Best location. Just one train ride from airport, and only a short walk from the train station. Easily access to everywhere from here. We were able to get back for a good afternoon nap during our stays.

Perfect for visiting Athens' top sites.

The owner, Soula, met us at the meeting point, and personally escorted us to our room, 502/Dionysus, and talked us through all of the features. An incredibly kind and helpful lady, she made us feel very comfortable, and that nothing was too much trouble. The room itself faced onto Ermou St, and benefited from being 5 floors up. The aircon was great, kept the room comfortable overnight, and during the hottest part of the day. The beds were very comfortable, which made getting up a little challenging. The kitchenette had a two burner electric hob, which we didn't use as there are heaps of restaurants/cafes nearby, and all the usual utensils with knives/forks etc, a pod espresso machine, and a bathroom with shower. Daily cleaning/bins being emptied, and ample storage and a safe in the room. All in all, we found the room to be an oasis away from the busy shopping district, and a great location for access to all the top sites. From the apartment location, there are several supermarkets within 5mins walk, eateries, a Starbucks, and every kind of shop you can think of, including a great gelato/yoghurt place. As for major sites, it's an easy 10-15min walk to the Acropolis and Museum, the Ancient Agora and Roman Agora, and under five mins walk to Monastiraki underground station - which also links directly to the Airport on M3/Blue line, or direct to Piraeus on M3/Blue or M2/Green. We found that to be the easiest way to navigate the city, and made coming/going from Mythos a breeze.

Of the apartment, nothing at all, it's great! We'd happily stay here again, and plan on doing so next time we're in town. Travellers to Athens should note, however, that Ermou St is a BUSY shopping street, and there can be street noise til late in the evening (midnight), and weekend nights can be particularly... bountiful in celebrations. The apartment does block out a lot of noise with double glazing, but if sleep is difficult, this location may not suit you.

5 star views, location, comfort and host in central Athens

Amazing location close to everything! There views are insane— Acropolis is in full view and you have 360 views over the city! Soula is a gem of a host— we loved her! Check in and out were easy, there were plenty of cold waters provided and the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely come back!

Crazy location. Super nice and pleasant stuff !!

The images of the property were confusing between the different apartments they offer. I got the room I reserved by name and went I went into details the images were accurate, but was sure based on the images of the hotel and reservation. I am going to a much better room. End of day we got a too small room for a party of 5

Lovely host and a pleasant stay

The location was incredibly convenient, just a 1-minute walk from Monastiraki metro station, situated right above an ice cream shop. Host Soula warmly welcomed us in the shop and even treated us to ice cream. Athens was very hot during our visit, but Soula thoughtfully pre-cooled the room with the air conditioning and chilled water in the fridge before our arrival. The room, though small, was well-equipped, spotless, and comfortable.

Overpriced, run-down shoe-box in a lovely area

Good location friendly reception.

Totally overpriced, run-down place. Windows dirty, so was the entrance (next to the ice-cream-parlour) and the lift. So was the bathroom, which was also tiny, hardly any space to turn around, no hooks or anything to hang a towel. No lamps next to the beds, no nightstads, very inconvenient. Everything looked new at first sight, but at a closer look you´d find everything in need of fixing or cleaning. It was noisy, too. There was a group partying in the room next to mine, laughing at me when at midnight I asked them to keep the noise down. At 3 am they were still at it, walking around the premises, shouting, laughing, drinking.... My mistake: I looked at the pictures of the place and thought we´d be booking the room with the lovely rooftop terracd, Instead, we ended up in a shoebox with no balcony or space to sit whatsoever, paying 800 EUR for four nights. There were lots of nicer places in the area that were a lot cheaper, too. I asked them two months before my actual journey to let me change rooms or cancel my booking, but they simply refused, not trying to find any compromise, totally unhelpful and unfriendly. To be honest, Booking wasn´t really helpful, either. They just kept referring me to and fro. Won´t happen to me again, but I can only strongly recommend to find a different place to stay.

One night in Athens

The host was super friendly, she made you feel like part of the family and made sure you were taken cared of and made sure you had everything you needed. The place was super cute with an amazing view. Everything was comfortable and the AC was great.

The shower clogged when we were staying there. Since we only stayed for one night, there wasn't anything the host could do for us, but when we let her know she said she would fix it right away. Everything else was great

Good location , kind host !

It’s Centrally located and Close to all. It is Actually one of the best locations out of all the other locations we have stayed at in Athens on this trip . It’s 3 mins walk to the training station which is a big plus. The host was very kind and generous by offering us delicious ice cream from the ice scream shop she owns in the same building .the room was clean and the shower gives enough hot water for showers. The room has everything we needed . The check in and check out were very easy.
