Would have been fine if the check in had been smooth and the help number was answered
The check in process was a shambles. I received an email with the wrong code, stating the keys were in the bottom box. The code did not work for our apartment. I called the help number several times and no one answered. After a long drive it took nearly 2 1/2 hours to resolve. The code we were given worked for apartment 1 therefore we thought the apartment number given was incorrect. We went to apartment 1 and unpacked to settle in, although this didn't seem correct as this was a two-bed apartment and we booked a 1 bed. Eventually I had a message and I asked them to call me. We were asked to repack and move. By this point we were tired and hungry. There wasn't even an apology. Instead, I was asked to screenshot their email and prove that I had been given the wrong code for the key box. The logic, that I would not have been able to get through the parking gate and into the apartment if I hadn't been given the wrong code, didn't seem to convince the woman on the phone. By this time, it was nearly 18.30, having arrived a little after 16.00. I was then sent the correct instructions via WhatsApp. By the time we repacked and moved all of our things it was nearly 19.30 and we had dinner reservations in Sandbanks for 20.00. I was not happy; however this did not feel validated by the Company. We were just told to move, as someone else was checking in to apartment 1 the next day.
The check in process needs to be simplified, with clearer instructions, correct information, and the key details at the top of messages in bold. There are reams of details that are mostly irrelevant. We noticed other guests also had problems.

The flat was as described; good communication before, during and after the booking. Good set of instructions to get to the location and into the secure parking area and building itself
Very comfortable bed, kitchen area suitably appointed with the basics [tea, coffee] and fridge was already cold when we arrived mid afternoon. Shower was good too. The flat felt airy, corridor leading to it very clean.
The area was quiet, a few minutes walk to town centre, and to the harbour front.
Nothing. The flat did not have much of a view, but we spent our time mostly discovering the great outdoors so easily reached from the flat anyway, and the interior decor was modern, neat and clean.

Beautiful and stunning apartment, in a great location, has all the amenities needed and more. owners are also really lovely and really accommodating. I definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again.

The location
It was advertised as an extra large double bed which was why I booked this particular appointment however it was only a large double. Outlook poor, overlooking bins and car park. Steps to the apartment even after using the lift so it wasn't, easy with luggage
