It is truly an Amazing modern apartment a few minutes walk to Poole Quay.

The bedroom was very small . You get out of the bed on one side and you could be hitting the heater. On the other side you will be in the curtains. Bathroom very cold.

Needs maintenance. Kitchen tap not fixed to bench - falls off when used. Range hood light not working. Bedside light has European(?) plug with no adapter, so won’t work. Ridiculously demanding check-in/verification/expensive deposit requests, compared with other B&B properties.

Perfect location for the boat trip we had booked - lots of good restaurants and pubs nearby. Would recommend the Pizzeria Valona - lovely vegan pizza! Everything we needed was on hand.

The balcony door did not lock, ripped curtain, only 1 loo roll for a 3 night stay and no toiletries, only antibacterial hand soap. Constant smell of curry/thai food from adjacent restaurants. No instructions for cooker and hob.

Comfortable, felt homely, everything you need right there, also homely and luxurious combination which was great, and it’s always lovely when there’s coffee already there and lots of other stuff provided too, wonderful balcony! Great location, just abouve the high street, though fairly quiet, closer the the quay, shops, pubs and resturants. Secure car park, secure reception, felt very safe. Clean apartment with everything you need for your stay. Had couple of lovely nights sleep.

Car park is is under the building so parking is a little tight if you have a bigger car. But that's just town centre parking, and it's not an extra cost.
