Location was perfect, very central in Portree. It looks like a newly remodeled space. Bathroom was large and shower was spacious.
There was no heat except in the bedroom area. The bath and kitchen were quite chilly given temps in the 30’s at night. Walking in from the street the foyer is a bit dirty.

This apartment is quite ideal. I loved the bed/living room looking out over the square, the kitchen is very well equiped and the bathroom has natural light and is very spacious. If you are travelling by public transport you can sit on the couch till the bus arrives and after you get back from a day out, you roll straight into the front door. Perfect for me!
Like a lot of places in Scotland the apartment has an electrical shower. Poos presure, very hard to regulate temperature and at one point it stopped working all together. Luckily the owner is alligned with the hotel next door where they offered to use their showers, but better still: they got their maintainence man to look at the shower and he fixed it. Problem solved. So that is a big plus. The stairwell and enterance is a bit of a mess, but I guess the owner of this flat cannot do much about that.

Location perfect. Beds were comfy and pillows. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked.
The shower didn’t have a lot of pressure. Both kitchen and bathroom were quite cold as raining and cool outside. A couple of laundry soap would’ve been nice.
