Any question i had, got reply from the staff within 30 min. Apartment was very clean, warm and quiet. UKE in walking distance. Dog friendly. We could arrive 2h early, and the cleaning crew was polite and friendly when we left.

Only thing i didnt like the bed was too soft for my preference, but still gave a relaxing sleep. Also a mop would come handy.

Easy to access and clean.

Lighting in the bathroom needs to be replaced. Every room is dim and hard to see. The outlets are literally falling out of the walls and are an electrocution hazard. This is extremely dangerous! This needs to be fixed

Basic but adequate

Clean and basic, but adequate for a short stay in Hamburg. Plenty of space bedroomwise, but no lounge or sofa to sit. Just 3 beds per bedroom (3 bedrooms). The down side also it only has one very small bathroom and small kitchen with small table, so no space to eat with our family group of nine. So for eating meals there not practical. Otherwise good value for money for 9 people.

Kleine Küche Tisch für 4 Personen Sehr unangenehmer Hausmeister Abzocke mit den Parkplätzen Abzocke mit der Kurtaxe Dadurch war der Aufenthalt 200 Euro teurer- so hätte ich es nicht gebucht.

Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr modern sowie die Boxbetten sehr bequem

Die die Couch zum schlafen ist ein nogo. Unglaublich unbequem und länger als eine Nacht konnte niemand darauf schlafen.

Sehr schöne Unterkuft mit viel Platz

Zimmer waren super vom Platz her. Super ausgerichtet die Zimmer . Terrasse perfekt . Küche super eingerichtet. Schöner großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühltruhe . Schöne große Dusche . Tolle Lage und direkt den Bus in der Nähe .

Couch war leider sehr hart zum schlafen . Keine Lampe auf der Terasse . Waschmaschine haben wir Keine gefunden (laut Beschreibung stand da eine ) . Bei so vielen Leuten ist ein Bad echt wenig (auch ohne Fenster ) und wenn alle in der Küche sitzen ist es unangenehm genau daneben auf Toilette zu sein .

Die Küche reicht höchstens für 5 Personen!! Wir waren zu siebt und hatten nicht alles Schlafmöglichkeiten ausgeschöpft (bis 9 Personen!)

Es war okay, aber auch viel zu teuer.

Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick sehr Modern eingerichtet.

Auf den zweiten Blick sind sind einige Mängel aufgefallen. Die Matratzen komplett durchgelegen, die Sauberkeit eher befriedigend. Beispiele für die Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt, haben jedoch ganz unangenehm und alt gerochen, das gesamte Geschirr/ Besteck hat ebenfalls ganz unangenehm gerochen. Bierdeckel fanden sind noch an der ein oder anderen Stelle, welches sehr gefährlich für meinen 10 Monate alten Sohn wurde. Zusätzlich bekommt man bei Rückfragen keine Antwort vom Vertreiber der Wohnung. Wir wurden quasi vor der Tür abgefangen und sollten 10€ pro Tag für den Parkplatz auf dem Hof bezahlen, als wir den Betreiber fragten, ob das alles seine Richtigkeit hat, blieb jegliche Kommunikation aus.

Für einen Aufenthalt mit 6 Personen, sehr gut geeignet.

Schöne helle Wohnung mit 3 großen Zimmern, eins mit überdachtem Balkon. U-Bahn und Bus sind in 2-5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Küche ist soweit gut ausgestattet, einzig Gewürze und Tabs für die Spülmaschine wären noch top gewesen.
