1. Lights are bit difficult to adjust, might be better to have an instruction close to it. 2.there is no cleaning capsule for dish washer.

Great appartment, modern with everything you need.

Everything like in the pictures, very welcoming even with little details like detergent, dishwashing liquid, coffee capsules and small surprises. Easy communication and check-in procedure. The place was modern and very comfortable.

Check out an hour later was only possible with extra payment.

Clean modern cheerful suburban studio.

Our apartment was very well designed, a comfortable bed, table and chairs, small kitchen. Windows with great light, and blackout curtains for sleeping. The neighbourhood was quiet and there was always free parking on the street! You can unload in a parking space right at the building, then move your car. Contactless entry, but when we needed help, our host immediately responded. The best contactless entry situation we’ve ever had.

Comfy and relaxing

We loved the location because it was near the hospital and the airport and there’s an amazing caffe/ice cream shop right down stairs and there’s an bus stop across the road you can take bus number 5 all the way to the city centre and the owner is good at communicating and helpful every time i would message they would reply and help with my query and request

The only thing was how hot the apartment gets with hot weather but there is a fan provided and with the windows open it’s ok

the apartment was big, washed machine is there and the kitchen is okay.

They have to fix Mosquito net at the widows because of the flies.

The location of the apartment was excellent and very good for buses into the city centre, it was close to our family who lived nearby.

My wife says that leaving a brush to brush up would have been more useful than the small hand held one you left.

It’s a perfect stay in Hamburg

The apartment was new, well equipped, there was everything you need! It was warm and comfortable stay, bed was good, pillows, clean towels. There is a decent kitchen, it’s perfect for 2-3 days stay! The hosts are nice and next time we are going to return!

ideal location because it was just a short walk to my parents house.

the mattress was very comfortable however i prefer a queen size mattress. the two twin beds kept separating and provided a challenge for sleeping close to my partner.

Cozy apartment with great facilities

The place was comfortable and homely. It was a good location with proximity to buses to get to the city but in a quiet spot otherwise. A big plus was having appliances in the kitchen and a washing machine to use when travelling. Self check-in was straightforward and helpful.

The floors were dirty/ dusty on arrival, otherwise everything was good.

Exceptional

I liked everything about these apartments. We were 3 Families and I booked 3 separate rooms. They were all fully equipped and comfortable. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. We stayed in the summer and Fans were provided. Also the staff and contact were really friendly and attended to our needs promptly.

If you don't drive and your purpose is to visit hamburg city this is quite far from center, the bus rides lasts almost 45mins. But we coped well with that.

Very good

Clean apartment on 1st floor. Lift available. Nearby bus stop was very convenient: it took us to metro stop Niendorf Markt (line 2) in less than 10 minutes. Lidl supermarket was across the main road.

We had to close the windows at night because of the noise of busy traffic. We only had one mug and one wine glass at our disposal. The tap of the kitchen sink was standing loose - needs to be fixed. Water in the shower drains away very slowly.
