Accommodatie was heel ruim . Bedden waren prima
De ligging van het appartement was erg goed. Er ligt een Aldi in de buurt en meerdere hoede restaurants. Ook een metro station ligt op loopafstand
We hadden ook 2 parkeerplaatsen gehuurd waardoor we achter het appartement konden parkeren
De woonkamer kon je niet rechtstreeks luchten waardoor het snel een beetje muf was

Die Stadt-Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut ,
Haben die Wohnung ordentlich und sauber vorgefunden.
Die Betten sind gut , Haben soweit entsprechend gut schlafen.
Es war leider keine Erdgeschoss-Wohnung wie in der Beschreibung angegeben , sondern eine Tiefparterre- Wohnung (Souterrain) im Kellergeschoss, wo im Essbereich,Küche und Bad keine Fenster zur normalen Tagesbelichtung und Belüftung vorhanden sind.
Eine Zu+Abluft für die innenliegenden Räume ist leider nicht vorhanden.
Die Fenster der Schlafzimmer lassen sich leider nicht ganz öffnen, weil Vorhangstange im Weg ist, 2. Rettungsweg über Fenster im Notfall dadurch schwierig,

The rooms are cosy, spacious and beds are comfortable. Nice furtniture. It was warm and quiet neighbourhood. There are 2 big stores nearby also a bus stop, and a metro station is 5-10 min walk. for 20-30 mins you're at the center.
There isn't a ventilator in the bathroom. It would've been nice to have basic spices - pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar in the kitchen

Kommunikation war unproblematisch. Zimmer sind groß und die Aufteilung mit Essbereich ist ok. Wohnung war gut geheizt. Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehr ist gut.
Es war nicht ganz klar, war , dass die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt, extrem dunkel ist und ein Badezimmer hat, dass ein Update vertragen könnte. Es wirkt abgewohnt, hat keine Aufhängung für Handtücher, wichtig, wenn man mit 6 Personen anreist. Das Badezimmer verfügt über keine Steckdose im Waschbereich , Toilettendeckel ist nicht richtig befestigt. Überall schaut man auf nicht verputzte Rohre und Leitungen. Eingangsbereich zum Apartment wirkt sehr heruntergekommen. Geschirr sollte überprüft werden, z.B. waren zu wenig Tassen vorhanden. Grundausstattung wie Spülmittel und Spüllappen sollten aus hygienischen Gründen neu sein.
