Beautiful studio apartment w good parking.

This is a beautifully appointed very large studio apartment. The grounds were beautiful, and you are behind a gated fence. There is inexpensive parking across the street. The host met us and was helpful. Clean and comfortable.

We like to sleep with the window open, and in the middle of the night there were noisy people outside. The train noise was less consequential.

Geräumiges, schönes Appartment mit toller Anbindung an den ÖPNV und guter Parkmöglichkeit

Wir wurden sehr nett und zuvorkommend empfangen. Die Anbindung an U- und S-Bahn ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Mehrtägiges Parken kostet im direkt gegenüber liegenden Parkhaus nur Euro 4 pro Tag. Parkplätze standen während unseres Aufenthaltes in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung. Zeitweise waren auch kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe verfügbar.

Es gab einen leichten Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch im Flur und anfangs auch in der Wohnung, der sich während unseres Aufenthalts jedoch deutlich reduzierte. Die Nähe zu den unmittelbar hinter dem Gebäude liegenden Bahngleisen bringt natürlich eine Geräuschbelästigung mit sich, die i.A. jedoch erträglich war.

Empfehlenswerte gepflegte Unterkunft für mehrtägigen Aufenthalt mit guter Nahverkehrsanbindung

Die vorab-Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels klappte prima. Wir bekamen auch Gastrotipps für die nähere Umgebung. Aufgrund der gut isolierten Fenster waren die benachbarten S/U-Bahnen kaum zu hören. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet.

Kaffeezubehör und Zucker konnten wir in einem nur 10 min entfernten Supermarkt kaufen

De eigenaar Marlon was zo vriendelijk om op ons te wachten. We waren later dan aanvankelijk afgesproken. Ontzettend vriendelijke man, en gaf ons heel goede tips voor restaurants. Het appartement was prachtig!

Mega schön

Die Villa Sommerkamp ist mega schön, komplett modern eingerichtet, sauber und hell. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Guter Ausgang um in Hamburg etwas zu machen. S/U Bahn in paar Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.

Schienen sind quasi fast nebenan, könnte also für manche leicht lauter sein. Obwohl meine Eltern sagten, das es ging. Haben mit offenen Fenster geschlafen und nicht so viel gehört. Im anderen Zimmer war alles leise. Und (wie bei Villen dieser Art meistens so) es schallt halt etwas. Aber damit sollte man klar kommen.

Heerlijk verblijf in Hamburg

De kwaliteit van het verblijf: appartement op gelijkvloers met heel veel ruimte, comfortabele bedden en kamers (met veel bergruimte). Keuken met alles er op en er aan. Nespresso-machine voorhanden. Een perfect onderhouden tuin met zithoeken (maar daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt). Wifi helemaal OK. Station U- en S-Bahn op loopafstand, met rechtstreekse lijn naar Altstadt. Parkeren tegenover de accomodatie op P&R-parking (2€/dag). De auto kon 3 dagen blijven staan. Gelegen in een buitenwijk, en dus op zich een rustige buurt. Er passeren wel veel treinen, ook 's nachts, en dat vlak aan de achterkant van het huis. Wij zelf hadden daar geen last van. Maar het is wel nuttig om weten.

Minpuntje betreffende de ligging: meest nabije bakker en supermarkt liggen op 2 km loopafstand. Maar met wat organisatie is dat geen echt probleem. Ook weinig restaurants van betekenis.

Goede locatie om Hamburg te verkennen en voor de deur te parkeren

Gelegen vlakbij de U-bahn die je met een paar haltes in het centrum van de stad brengt. Vriendelijke eigenaar en medewerker. Prachtig, zeer ruim en schoon appartement, wij hadden het appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Het appartement ligt tegen de spoorlijn van de (ik denk) S bahn. Deze stopt daar ook. Appartement is goed geïsoleerd dus bijna niet te horen. Wij hebben er iig helemaal geen last van gehad. Voordeel is dat OV praktisch voor de deur is. Parkeren op tegenover liggen P+R terrein van 2 euro per dag

fint nok med indrettet garage. Dejligt stort værelse/alrum Godt beliggende i forhold til Nikodemus Kirke, hvor vi deltog i indvielse af nyt kulturcentrum PARABEL. Ingen morgenmad på bostedet

Sengen var for smal. Høst 1,5 persons seng og ikke en dobbeltseng Udsigten til garageport kan gøres mere venlig med hænge planter på porten

Wir haben uns in der Villa Sommerkampf 33 rundum wohlgefühlt! Moderne und helle Räumlichkeiten, die nicht nur stilvoll, sondern auch bequem und gemütlich eingerichtet sind. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht, um sich sofort wie zu Hause zu fühlen.

Gut, aber laut

Super netter Vermieter, hat immer versucht zu helfen. Die Ausstattung war gut, Sauber. S-Bahn Station in der Nähe, Gaststätten nah, und Parkhaus direkt gegenüber for wenig Geld parken. Wir haben 2,-€ für 24h bezahlt Für Eisenbahnfreunde geeignet, da der Lärm der Züge sehr laut war und selbst das Geschirr in den Regalen klapperte. Wer sehr gut mit Lärm umgehen kann ist es ideal.
