Clean place, nice area, friendly staff, close to airport.

Location is good. Surrounded by nice houses in a suburb setting. I was able to walk with 2 suitcases and a backpack from the Underground station to the site, using Google Maps. Probably took about 10 minutes.

Was given conflicting information from different staff members regarding shuttles and taxis to the airport. Was a bit confusing, which you don't need when trying to catch international flights. It did get sorted out by a helpful, friendly member of the staff fairly quickly.

Good location the rest unfortunate

The accommodation is conveniently located in a central area, making it easy to reach the airport and access public transportation. This aspect was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, we would not choose to book this property again. The walls are extremely thin, and we could hear everything happening in neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, the listing did not clearly mention that the shower was shared, which was an unpleasant surprise. Services that were advertised, such as access to a kitchen and complimentary tea and coffee, were either unavailable or required special requests. We had to specifically ask for tea and coffee, and when we inquired about using the kitchen, the host seemed unreasonably curious and unaccommodating. Communication was also challenging. The host does not speak English, and attempts to communicate in German were also unsuccessful. Unfortunately, she was not welcoming and often came across as intrusive, frequently asking about our personal plans, which made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. While the location was ideal, the overall experience did not meet expectations.

Great for sleep to fly

Yes, you could park on the street. It was a residential area where you could usually find parking spaces. There was no private badroom. But the shared badroom was very clean and fine.

Perfect for catching an early flight

Good location for catching an early flight. The staff was friendly and helpful and available, and booked a taxi for me to get to the airport at 5am. Only 3-5 minute taxi ride to Hamburg airport.

Perfect location, outstanding guest service - modern and clean house

The house had the perfect location-super close to the airport (less than 5 min in the taxi) in a quiet residential area which makes it perfect for a rest after a long flight or in between flights. The property itself was super modern and extremely clean with big rooms offering anything you might need for a good nights stay. Though the bathroom was officially shared it felt like a private one including a big modern shower and bathtub all to very high standards like the rest of the interior. The best thing about my stay was however the extremely friendly and welcoming host Basam who truly made me feel at home. My suitcase got lost on one of my flights and he didn’t hesitate to offer me everything -from an entire outfit, to food and cosmetics. This stay really was one of a kind - way above what I expected, and I cannot recommend it enough! Value for money is probably the best you can find around Hamburg airport and I will be back whenever I fly from there and need a good rest . Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

There was no bathroom in the room, for a room that costs over €70 a bathroom is to be expected in my opinion. I left the property after three hours, it was nothing more than a glorified hostel and I was furious

Easiness of check-in. Airport is reachable on foot.

The street was really muddy and dusty, no doormats, the room was thus full of dust, dirt and small rocks from the shoes.
