A very nice place to stay overnight if you have to fly early in the morning. The first bus at 4:37 will take you to the airport in no time. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Location is good. Surrounded by nice houses in a suburb setting. I was able to walk with 2 suitcases and a backpack from the Underground station to the site, using Google Maps. Probably took about 10 minutes.
Was given conflicting information from different staff members regarding shuttles and taxis to the airport. Was a bit confusing, which you don't need when trying to catch international flights. It did get sorted out by a helpful, friendly member of the staff fairly quickly.

Good location. Clean. Adequate space in room.
Was told a taxi/shuttle would come for us at 0530 for ride to airport. Never showed, which meant a 25 minute walk to airport with luggage. Fortunately, it wasn’t raining.
