Location is good. Surrounded by nice houses in a suburb setting. I was able to walk with 2 suitcases and a backpack from the Underground station to the site, using Google Maps. Probably took about 10 minutes.
Was given conflicting information from different staff members regarding shuttles and taxis to the airport. Was a bit confusing, which you don't need when trying to catch international flights. It did get sorted out by a helpful, friendly member of the staff fairly quickly.

The accommodation is conveniently located in a central area, making it easy to reach the airport and access public transportation. This aspect was definitely a highlight of our stay.
However, we would not choose to book this property again. The walls are extremely thin, and we could hear everything happening in neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, the listing did not clearly mention that the shower was shared, which was an unpleasant surprise.
Services that were advertised, such as access to a kitchen and complimentary tea and coffee, were either unavailable or required special requests. We had to specifically ask for tea and coffee, and when we inquired about using the kitchen, the host seemed unreasonably curious and unaccommodating.
Communication was also challenging. The host does not speak English, and attempts to communicate in German were also unsuccessful. Unfortunately, she was not welcoming and often came across as intrusive, frequently asking about our personal plans, which made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay.
While the location was ideal, the overall experience did not meet expectations.
