Studio Feuerfest - Loft & Design Hotel

The location was excellent; plenty of food options and travel options very close by. The room, beds and (particularly) the shower were all great. The complimentary breakfast was an unexpected treat, but you need to pay for coffee. Also, the shared kitchen is a little small if more than one person is trying to do anything in it.

WiFi didn't work. Also the small kitchen. The kitchen is in the same room as the shared lounge and I think I put off one person while I was cooking a "fragrant" dinner :(. The music studios... guess what, real musicians use them to rehearse in, but the noise doesn't go on until super late, so it is an interesting quirk of the place.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience over the course of two days.

Unfortunately, one notices that the business structure is a bit disjointed and, sadly, sometimes its the owner that doesn’t quite have a grasp on hospitality. Several times, it was the owner himself to make me feel as though I was overstaying my welcome as a paying guest working remotely. I continuously purchased beverages, food, tipped staff, and yet, in the middle of my workday,he asked when I would leave…… Very strange. As someone with over 15 years of international hospitality experience, I would advise that you stay in back-of-house so that you aren’t a detriment to an otherwise beautiful property. Mach’s güt!
