Good location but skip the breakfast

Rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable and I like the location. Right across the road from the s bahn with direct access to airport and city centre. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in but he was just lovely. So polite and professional.

Breakfast was disappointing. For the price paid, the selection of fruit was poor and generally not much choice. The room was a little on the small side. Ok for one person but for 2, I would say too small. The hotel is fine for a night or 2 but not a longer stay.

Modern stay with excellent staff

Very friendly and attentive staff. The people make the difference. Room was practical if you accept the state-of-industry design standard. It has everything you need. I appreciated the really light-blocking curtains - not a common feature these days. Location next to train station is very convenient. There’s an Aldi on the same block.

Terrible, unfriendly staff, especially the older lady on Friday evening. Said she doesn’t care what is written in booking, that they have their own system, let us reserve a room for 3, only gave us one queen bed, refused to give is sheets for the couch. The bathroom was dirty. The breakfast wasn’t good, with hardly anything to choose from.

Great location. You can get the S1 straight from the airport to get here and it’s a short ride into the city. Nice clean rooms. You can borrow ironing boards and irons from the 4th floor. Breakfast was good.

Good location, next to a train and metro station, you can get to the city centre in 10 minutes. Room was comfortable. Breakfast is very complete and with good options

Disappointing

Location, clean and convenient

Partying on street/ fighting/ unsavory characters shouting until 3am most nights. I’m sleep deprived and my husband is very sick with sore throat/ chesty cough from the air conditioning turns on as soon as you close the bedroom window.

Terrible night in a.nice room

The room was nice and clean. Some members of the staff were very helpful and the location was good.

We had to sleep in the same small bed with our 12 year old son. I get that children don't pay but there should be any other options like when you travel with an older kid. In our second night there I needed hot water for the night and when I asked at the front desk, a not so kind lady answered that the bar was closed and she could omly give me microvawed water... this has NEVER happened to me before.

The small room I was allocated on arrival. Much better when we moved to something bigger. It would have been helpful if staff had pointed out on arrival that we were entitled to a free travel ticket - could have saved us money on the trains.
