Check-in per App ist für mich neu und ich hatte anfangs Probleme, aber letztendlich hat alles super funktioniert. Es ist ein sehr sauberes Hotel, Zimmer modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Tolle große Gemeinschaftsküche, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben.

Gute Lage leichtes einchecken

It was very kind that the personnel was super helpful and they provided me with a physical key, because my phone didn't have enough battery every day to open the door with an electronic key.

It would be fantastic if the guests were asked to choose from the start whether they prefer a physical key or an app, because I arrived on Friday and during the weekend, when personnel was not yet there, I had to survive with the electronic key on the app. But the problem is, my phone is not super new and if I go to discover the city and travel, by the end of the day, I had 0 battery and couldn't enter the building nor my room (everything is open by default with an electronic app key). Another small point, it would be nice to have more basic necessities in the bathroom (e.g. toilet paper), because I arrived on Friday, then during the cleaning hours on Monday and Wednesday (around 10-12), I was still in the room having work calls, so they couldn't clean because of my schedule and I quickly ran out of the basic things. I hoped there would be cleaning later in the afternoon at least one day during my 1 week stay, but it didn’t happen. So, if it's not possible to make a more flexible cleaning schedule (which is fine as such), then maybe it would be nice to just leave more basic items from the start. But overall, a solid 8/10, the room was nice, the view as well.
