Great stay in a calm and quiet location

Hugely over priced, unhygienic and NOT a place I would recommend.

No breakfast

The bathroom hygiene was disgusting. The waste water pipe from the (non existing) washing machine has not been sealed off and is linked directly to the sewage system. There are 6 units and a main house in the complex and every time someone flushes a toilet, in any of the units, there is a horrible sewage smell in the bathroom. Also the toilet brush holder is very rusted (does not appear to have been cleaned for a long time). For some reason the toilet paper is mounted on top of this filthy brush holder and the paper rolls down onto the toilet brush. The towel holder is not strong enough to hold more than a pair of socks, certainly not a wet towel. There is no soap or shampoo in the minute shower. We received an access code to obtain the keys, this code did not work. While we had to wait in the rain, we phoned the contact person to come sort out the access code, she also had a problem.

Very nice!

Very nice and clean appartement. We found everything we needed. Great location and very close to restaurants, shopping facilities and public transportation. We definitely consider staying there again.

Realy nothing to complain about the appartement itself and we got used to the Hamburg weather this time in the year :-)

I would come again - simply PLEASE repair the WiFi propperly

It was all very nice, and clean. Also the host is friendly and reactive.

Simply the WLAN / WiFi is a desaster and completely unstable. I am in IT and Network administrator - so I think I can make a valueable comment. The standard WLAN was not working at all. The host offered me a different one, but even this one was on the limits. In my opinion they should build in a proper WiFi into the house, and not this "home rubish" repeaters, which always cause troubles. Especially when you are in Hamburg and have a certain pricing, this is in todays world standard that there is a proper, stable and fast WiFi

Excelent stay

Very welcoming and very nice staff. Large, quiet and warm apartment (no. 7), with very good and all facilities needed in a house. Near the building there are located two free big parking places where is easy to find a parking spot. Closely from shopping area and restaurants (500-700m).

Some issues with Wi-Fi which I think was solved after my leaving.

I got the email with detailed instructions where to find the lock box, its code and access to the property several days in advance. That allowed to print them as I did not want to use data roaming abroad. The instructions were straight forward and easy to understand Location is good for someone who likes to walk and does not mind stairs. Easy to walk to U/S-Bahn. 30 minutes from the airport (half of it walking). The property is very bright and kitchen was reasonably equipped.

Infrastructure: The internet was unreliable, the TV reception terrible. The room was very hot. I did not expect air conditioning but expected open windows over night would help to cool down. Well, I had the choice of open windows to cool down with heavy traffic noise from the "bridge" just across the building or sweating. I would have preferred a firm cushion for the bed. The bathroom could do with an offer of a shower gel / shampoo. I prefer to travel very light using planes.

Well located comfortable apartment close to metro and shops. The apartment had everything we needed for a good stay.

Internet wouldn't work when we first arrived but Uta was proactive at getting it fixed. Apartment was very hot and needed ventilating every time we were home.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Der Checkin und -out war völlig unkompliziert, bereits vor der Ankunft haben wir viele gute Informationen zu unserem Aufenthalt und Hamburg bekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend: U-Bahn, Busse, Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche habe ich vermisst, der Esstisch ist für 2 Personen so grad eben ausreichend - und die Betten leider sehr weich.

Die Unterkunft war entscheidend dafür, dass wir Hamburg rundum genießen konnten.

Unsere Erfahrung mit dieser Unterkunft war durchweg positiv. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und ein idealer Rückzugsort nach langen Tagen in Hamburg. Obwohl wir mitten in der Stadt waren, war es in der Wohnung immer schön ruhig. Uns hat es dort an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihre schnelle Unterstützung bei meiner verlorenen Brille war bemerkenswert. Sie haben diese intensiv gesucht und mir umgehend zugeschickt. Ich hatte angeboten, die Versandkosten zu übernehmen, doch die Gastgeber bestanden darauf, das Porto selbst zu zahlen. Wir haben uns die gesamte Zeit sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft ohne Zögern erneut buchen.

Wir haben an der Erfahrung mit dieser Ferienwohnung nichts auszusetzen.

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Unterkunft war absolut zweckmäßig, sehr sauber. Küchenausstattung völlig in Ordnung. Lage ist sehr zentral, nur 5 Minuten von U-Bahn/Busbahnhof und Einkaufszentrum entfernt. Parkplätze auch vorhanden. Tolles Bad! Betten sehr weich, aber bequem.

Parkplatz ist ein Pendlerparkplatz. Das heißt, wenn man morgens früh zum Einkaufen fährt, ist im nächsten Umkreis nach dem Wegfahren kein Parkplatz mehr zu bekommen. Tipp: nur abends einkaufen gehen! Dann kein Problem. Wohnung war im Erdgeschoss. Jalousien und Rolläden vorhanden. Fenster bis zum Boden. Jalousien mussten immer unten sein, leider kein Tageslicht möglich, da man sonst im Wohnzimmer und 2. Schlafzimmer unter Beobachtung gewesen wäre. Durch die stark befahrene Straße recht laut. Im Winter aber kein Problem, da Fenster geschlossen sind. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war Lärmpegel akzeptabel. Eine Fernbedienung für 2 Fernseher ist richtig doof.

Leider enttäuschend

Küche und Essbereich waren super. Wohnbereich auch, bis auf das Sofa. Da dies ein Ledersofa war, ist man ständig gerutscht. Sehr ungemütlich.

Leider war das Bad sehr enttäuschend und Mangelhaft. Von Schimmel in der Dusche, kaputte Türzarge hinter der Badezimmertür, dreckige Wände, ein leider viel zu kurzer Wasserhahn, sodass Hände waschen echt schwierig war. Klodeckel Lose, dreckige Klobürste, das Rohr vom Waschbecken welches in die Wand geht, ist defekt. Dadurch roch es extrem unangenehm nach Abfluss. Die Gardinen im Wohnzimmer waren leider nicht breit genug, sodass ein komplettes zuziehen nicht möglich war. Da die Fenster zur Parkpkatz und Straßenseite waren, wäre es schön gewesen wenn man Gardinen gehabt hätte, die eine Sicht in die Wohnung unmöglich machen. Die Fußleisten waren leider auch dreckig. Nach einer halben Stunde waren meine weißen Socken schwarz. Der Boden wurde entweder nicht ordentlich gewischt oder länger nicht sauber gemacht. Die Kissen waren sehr unangenehm zum Schlafen. Leider wirkte die Wohnung sehr kühl, durch kaum vorhandene Deko. Keine Kissen auf dem Sofa und auch sonst nichts wirklich.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt-wir kommen definitiv wieder, wenn wir in Hamburg sind.

Wohnung 6: Toll fand ich als Allergikerin, dass es keine Gardinen gab, sondern Plisses, die die Wohnung wirklich abdunkeln, dass es sehr sauber war und keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Super Lage! In der Nähe gab es viele leckerer kulinarische Köstlichkeiten sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenige Gehminuten bis zur U-Bahn Wandsbek Markt. Von dort gelangten wir schnell ins Zentrum. Angenehme Größe für 2 Personen. Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Das kostenlose Parken direkt vor der Tür war auch äußerst praktisch.

Die Matratzen könnten härter sein. Und ein Sofa wäre noch wünschenswert, der Platz dafür wäre vorhanden.

La tranquilidad del lugar y los alrededores , la cercanía de negocios y medios de transporte. El lugar era muy cómodo y tenía todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios para pasarla bien.

Außergewöhnlich

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Hamburg. Das Apartment Nr 7 ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut über den Parkplatz und die Unterstellmöglichkeit für das Fahrrad! Die Ferienwohnung liegt oberhalb eines Tanzstudios, von dem man aber nichts mitbekommt Ansonsten ist man hier sehr für sich und hat es sehr ruhig. Vielen Dank auch für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation! Die Lage fanden wir auch prima. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten zur U1 gelaufen (wo es auch ein großes shopping centre gibt) und von dort schnell mitten in der Stadt! Wir kommen wieder!

Fijn appartement op een goede locatie!

De locatie was hartstikke fijn! Rustige buurt en dicht bij de metro. Daar zaten ook diverse winkels in de buurt. De slaapkamers hadden rolluiken, dus heerlijk donker op de kamer.

Het appartement is erg gehorig. Op de slaapkamer kan je de mensen in de woonkamer goed horen praten. Overlast van de bovenburen is ook sterk aanwezig.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Lage ist super: großer Parkplatz direkt am Haus, U-Bahn Station in der Nähe, mehrere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch gleich um die Ecke, aber trotzdem relativ ruhige Gegend und irgendwie fühlten wir uns sicher, da eine Polizeistation auch gleich um die Ecke ist 😁 Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht, alle Geräte gut erklärt (hatten wir so noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung) Also wir da waren, war es sehr heiß aber durch die vielen Fenster hatten wir abends/nachts innerhalb kürzester Zeit die Wohnung angenehm temperiert (an manchen Fenstern auch Mückengitter 👍🏼) Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass wir paar Tage vor unserer Ankunft genaue Anweisungen bekommen haben, wo wir parken können, Wegbeschreibung vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung, wie wir den Schlüssel bekommen usw - es kann so einfach sein: top👍🏼

Mit U-Bahn oder Fahrrad ruckzuck in der City.

Trotz einer Hauptverkehrsstraßenbrücke in unmittelbarer Nähe nachts wenig Verkehrslärm. U-Bahn mit Einkaufszentrum in 350m Entfernung. Kostenlose Parkplätze außerhalb der Bürozeiten (Bezirksverwaltung) reichlich vor dem Haus vorhanden. Gut beschilderter, sicherer Radweg ins Zentrum HH/Rathaus führt unmittelbar am Haus vorbei.

Wenigstens ein scharfes Messer in der Küche wäre angenehm. Das WLAN funktioniert nur in der Nordwestecke der Wohnung. Die Kanal-Reihung des TV-Gerätes ist chaotisch. Hilfreich wäre ein deutlicherer Hinweis, dass eine absperrbare Fahrrad-Einstellmöglichkeit vorhanden ist wofür man einen extra Schlüssel anfordern muss.

Modern eingerichtet, direkt am Park, aber leider auch an einer großen Straße

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Das Bad war eine Augenweide und sehr komfortabel. Der direkt angrenzende Park ist für eine morgendliche Laufrunde sehr gut geeignet. Verkehrstechnisch ist die Wohnung gut gelegen, in zehn Minuten Gehentfernung gibt es die nächste U-Bahn-Station. Der öffentliche kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür befreit einen auch vor den Abstellsorgen.

Die Wohnung liegt leider auch direkt an einer größeren Straße, die nur getrennt von Parkplatz und Bäumen ist. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß liegt, ist sie für die (wenigen) Passanten auch trotz der Sträucher und Bäume einsehbar. Insofern habe wir die vordere Terasse auch wenig genutzt und trotz Hitze die Türen selten für Frischluftzufuhr geöffnet. Damit war auch die Lärmbelastung durch die Straße nicht so störend. Die Wohnung liegt im Schatten und war etwas dunkel. Das Lichtkonzept könnte nochmal überarbeitet werden, insbesondere eine Lichtleiste direkt in der Küchenzeile wäre gut. Es klingt wie ein Widerspruch: direkt an der Straße im Grünen - so haben wir uns am Ende aber doch wohlgefühlt.
