Gut gelegen. Zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten bis zur U-Bahn.
Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden, man muss nur die Zeiten im Auge behalten. Dort parken auch viele Arbeitnehmer. Von etwa 16:30 bis 07:00 Uhr sind immer freie Parkplätze zu finden.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und ausreichend.
Auch das Bad ist großzügig bemessen.
Das Licht im Bad ist ziemlich düster, hier könnte die Spiegelbeleuchtung gegen was helles und modernes getauscht werden.
Sie TV Programme waren sehr mager. Da sind die Geräte mal einzustellen.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center and Hamburg airport. There is a shopping mall, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance.
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
We especially appreciated the opportunity to leave our luggage before the official check-in time, which made our arrival much easier and allowed us to start exploring the city right away.
There are a few things that could be improved. The check-in time is quite late (4:00 PM), while check-out is rather early (10:00 AM), which makes the stay feel shorter.
The house rules ask guests to keep quiet after 11:00 PM, but unfortunately this was not the case during our stay. There is a dance studio above the apartment, and on Saturday night a party continued until around 4:00 AM, making it difficult to sleep.
The apartment itself was generally clean, although when using the power outlets near the window, we noticed that the corners of the room had collected quite a bit of dust and flies, suggesting they are sometimes overlooked during cleaning.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and believe this apartment offers good value thanks to its convenient location and amenities. With a few improvements, it could provide an even better experience.

Die Unterkunft war, abgesehen von den schwarzen Stellen bei der Duschabdichtung, sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Die Unterkunft liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist sehr dunkel.
Ins Stadtzentrum benötigt man mit Öffentlichen ca. 30 min
$$$$
