Close to S Bahn Willhelmsburg. Good value accomendation. Very quiet neighbourhood. Access to Dishes, Microwave, Electric Kettle and Hairdryer. Self- Check in.
TV had no signal. No warm water on last day.

Ruhig gelegen in einem Wohngebiet, Zimmer im Kellergeschoss.. Möblierung nicht sehr hochwertig, klassisches Monteurzimme. Zugang mittels Schlüsselkasten..
Mitten im Flur gibt es eine kleine Miniküche. Wasserkocher habe ich keinen gesehen, dafür eine Mikrowelle. Steckdose dafür auf der anderen Seite des Flurs. Alles ein bisschen improvisiert.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Scheinbar auch kurzfristig verfügbar.
Insgesamt sehr abgenutzt. Keine richtige Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Heizung und Wasser zu lauwarm, Elektroheizkörper vorhanden, wenn man deren Geruchsentwicklung in Kauf nimmt. Viele Ameisen im Ess- und Schlafbereich der unteren Etage. WLAN mäßig stark. Nicht ausseichend für TV (wird gar nicht erst angezeigt) Kühlschrank und Bad mit Lebensmitteln und Utensilien der Vormieter.
