Lovely apartment in a calm near the city centre

The apartment is nice, clean, well-located, in a calm area near the metro station. It was a very pleasant stay and we hope to be back in the future.

The only thing is the parking, there are almost no free places in Legienstrasse, you have to be lucky to find a free parking place.

Stay there, you will not be disappointed.

It was simply a super clean apartment, the host was very communicative and helpful and we had a lovely stay. I would recommend to anyone wanting a well presented, well catered for place to stay, which is not more than 20 minutes by train into the centre of Hamburg.

There was nothing not to like, clean, lots of space, a great location. IF I was to suggest anything, a few coffee sachets for when you arrive would be spectacular. This is by no means a criticism, but more a suggestion. Such a minor thing really, so please do not mark this apartment down for something so small.

Shocking

Not much.

No internet. No tv. Hole in the floor when you enter. Nobody to speak english with about the problems. NO FREE ON SITE PARKING AS STATED ON Booking.com. On day 2 we where moved to another unit, where there was no internet either. A total disaster. Using contactless booking in, is fraught with danger. This was 1 of 3 that we used. All had entry problems. Never again.

Exceptional

All independent, good space with kitchen, table to work, closet, good bed, good internet connection, really comfortable. Nobody disturb you, perfect to rest. It's at 10 or 15 minutes from U-Bahn, take care if you don't want to walk.

The bed could be a little bigger. Keys are in a safe, it could be confusing when you arrive and you have to call the manager, even if they are disposed to help you, they are patient and kind.

Gute Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend neben einer Kita und zwischen Mehrfamilienhäusern. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen und die U-Bahn Linie 2 und 4 sind ganz in der Nähe.

Wirklich schöne Ferienw

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön geschnitten. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Selbst Handtücher. Die Umgebung ist im grünen und man hat eine super Anbindung an Bus und UBahn.

Ruhige Lage. U-Bahn ist schnell erreichbar. Netter Kontakt im Vorfeld. Nach ein paar Tagen wurde gefragt, ob wir zufrieden seien und in der Wohnung alles okay sei. War es.

Für meinen Zweck alles perfekt gewesen. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die schlüsselübergabe durch das Türschloss hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr gut aufgefüllt. Von Toilettenpapier, spülmittel, Handtücher, Salz, Pfeffer alles da musste nichts kaufen.

Gefühlt war jeden Morgen gegen 1-3 Uhr jemand mit einem Koffer aus den anderen Häusern ausgezogen und haben dabei einen Lärm gemacht, dass man senkrecht im Bett steht. Dafür kann aber der Gastgeber/Gastgeberin nichts. Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist das die eingangstür von innen abgeschlossen werden muss, da von beiden Seiten Türgriffe vorhanden sind. Wäre ausser nur ein Knauf, müsste man keine Angst haben, dass jemand ausversehen reinkommt. Das ist aber auch das einzige Manko was mir einfällt.

L'emplacement non loin du métro, Les places de parking, dans la rue, gratuites. L'atmosphère Cosi de l'appartement..

Die Wohnung war sauber und hell. Mängel wurden gleich beseitigt (Defekter Toaster)

Leider waren in den Fensterrahmen teilweise Schimmel, auch ein wenig im Bad. Sollte umgehend beseitigt werden.

Klare Empfehlung, wenn das Zigarettenproblem nicht wäre

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Ideal für 2 Personen. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Trotz Lage direkt an der Straße war es sehr ruhig. Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV (Bus, U-Bahn). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad in 25 min am HBF/Zentrum.

Leider hat es nach Zigarettenqualm in der Wohnung gerochen. Vermutung, dass in der Wohnung darunter (Kellerwohnung?) geraucht wurde und der Qualm in die Wohnung gezogen ist, trotz stets geschlossener Fenster. Es muss durch Leitungsschächte oder ähnliches gezogen sein. Insbesondere im Bad war der Qualm wahrnehmbar, was sich in der ganzen Wohnung ausgebreitet hat. Die Küche hätte man mit ein paar Basics an Gewürzen ausstatten können. Zumindest Salz und Pfeffer im Streuer wären gut gewesen. Die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher funktioniert nicht (Batterien hatte ich gewechselt).
