Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Man hatte endlich mal etwas Platz, anders wie in Hotelzimmern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bad war mega. Ich habe das Appartement aufgrund der Nähe zu den Hamburg Film Studios gebucht und das hat super geklappt. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten waren wir dort über den Fußweg dort.

Die Kissen im Bett waren etwas niedrig. Wir konnten aber aushelfen durch eine weitere Decke, die als Kissenerhöhung diente. Ansonsten alles super.

Sehr schönes Apartment, sehr sauber bei Anreise. Viel Platz. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Eigener Parkplatz. Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet.

Das ist nur meine Meinung! Diese kann bei jedem anders gesehen werden! Haus ist sehr hellhörig, keine Überdachung für Raucher im Außenbereich. Reinigungsmaterial um selber mal das Apartment zwischendurch zu säubern (Besen Staubsauger) fehlten. Dosenöffner sollte mitgeführt werden, dieser fehlte. Kein Fenster im Schlafzimmer.

Für einen kurzen Tripp voll empfehlenswert!

Unser Aufenthalt war nur über das Wochenende. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, durch die gute Verbindung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist es aber überhaupt kein Problem. Die Bushaltestelle ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt und der Bus kommt alle 10 Minuten. Preisleistung hat auf jeden Fall gestimmt.

Wir waren zu viert, d.h. ein Paar schlief im Wohnzimmer und das andere im anliegenden Schlafzimmer, in diesem gibt es leider kein Fenster. Da ist es mit dem Lüften recht schwierig.

Enttäuschung

Nach telefonischer Anfrage am Tag vor der Anreise wurde zugesagt, dass die Zugangsdaten für die Unterkunft am Mittag des Anreisetages zur Verfügung gestellt würden. Bis zur bestätigten Einqueckzeit um 15 Uhr fehlten diese. Um 17 Uhr wurde telefonisch nachgefragt. Jetzt wurde mündlich ein Code genannt mit dem Hinweis, sich vor der Unterkunft noch einmal telefonisch zu melden. Mein Vertrauen in die Unterkunft war nur noch gering. Um eine ruhige Nacht zu verbringen, bin ich lieber in eine andere Unterkunft ausgewichen

Locatie. Mooie recent gerenoveerde appartement. Heeft complete keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt (zelfs thee, koffie, zout ect).

Er staat dat de gesproken taal ook Engels is. Jammer dat je vervolgens reactie krijgt in het Duits. Hierdoor moest ik ook eerst de instructies vertalen naar Engels om te begrijpen hoe de zelf check-in werkte. Vond dit niet echt klantvriendelijk.

Wohnung im Block mit vielen Kindern, im schmuddeligem Viertel, Vermieter frech!

Eigentlich sehr schöne Einrichtung auf dem ersten Blick , aber manches fällt schon beim genauer hinsehen auseinander.

Die Lage. In einem sehr heruntergekommen Viertel , alles sehr schmutzig. Das Haus : ein Block mit vielen ausländischen Namen an der Haustür /Klingel. Über uns anscheinend eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern, natürlich kann man Kindergeschrei und Getrampel nicht ausstellen , aber ich brauche es nicht in einem Kurzurlaub, der als Genesungs kurz Trip für meine Frau ,,(die sehr schwer herzkrank ist,) gedacht war. Das schlimmste war, das Getrampel über uns, es ist sehr hellhörig, und der Krach ging bis nachts um halb 3 !!!! Entweder haben die Kinder da Narrenfreiheit oder sonst was, es war jedenfalls nicht zum aushalten , es wurde gepoltert, getrampelt, gegen die Wände gepoltert , geschrien.... Unglaublich. wie bei den Hotten Totten, hätte meine Oma früher gesagt. Hatte den Vermieter informiert , seine Antwort auf meine Beschwerden kamen sporadisch, dabei masst er sich an, mir zu raten, ich soll doch ins 4 Jahreszeiten gehen , habe hier schließlich nur ein Appartement gemietet ..... Der Fernseher hatte hauptsächlich Sender die dermaßen verpixelt waren, da konnte man nichts erkennen. Die Schrankwand im Wohnzimmer sah richtig schlimm aus , die Oberfläche war an vielen Stellen eingerissen, genau wie auch der Relax Sessel. Steckdose nur oberflächlich aufgelegt, fiel gleich aus der Wand. Keine Informationen über WLAN , oder andere wichtigen Details. Musste ich auch erfragen. Als ich am nächsten Morgen eine Tasse aus dem Schrank nahm, waren die ersten 5 Tassen schmutzig , richtig EKELIG. Leider ging im Bad die Heizung nicht, so dass wir nicht einmal duschen konnten, es war da so extrem kalt, total ungemütlich.. Wir beschlossen am nächsten Tag vorzeitig abzureisen, unsere Nerven lagen blank.... Vermieter darüber informiert , keine Reaktion !!! Leider kann ich keine Fotos hochladen, versuche es nachzuholen! (Booking hat schon die Fotos erhalten.)

Wer in Hamburg sein eigenes Reich haben will, perfekt

Super freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Apartment ist stilvoll und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Sieht original so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet, aber für unseren Zweck lag sie perfekt. Supermarkt und Fast Food Laden keine 10 min zu Fuß.

Das Bett ist nicht für jeden was, die Kissen etwas sehr dünn.
