The apartment "Base" is with 4 real sleeping accommodations (a double bed 1,50x2,00 m and a sofa bed 1,60x2,00 m with real mattresses and very good sleeping comfort), fully equipped kitchen, shower, toilet, 2x HD TV, DVD Player, terrace with seating, private entrance and WLan modernized available and is really a little gem!

The traffic connection; Bus and subway to the city center and the airport are also within walking distance as well as shopping, restaurants and restaurants !!! To buy a breakfast, go 100 m to get one served 500 m (starting price breakfast from 2,00 €).

Came to Hamburg for a Taylor swift concert and this location was great. Very close to the ULine and accessible to the stadium and the city. The host was wonderful and always there and checking if we were good. We had a great stay.

This property worked very well for my teenaged sons and myself. The apartment was very clean, organized, and felt much like home! We only wish we had more time to spend in Hamburg. Thank you!!

Gepflegt, nett und gut. Nur die Peppers in der Volksparkarena waren an dem Abend besser als das Appartment. ;) +++

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war okay. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Haus des Vermieters und liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Ochsenzoll entfernt. Die U-Bahnstation erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Hamburger Hauptbahnhof aus in ca. 45 Minuten. Von der Ferienwohnung gab es leider nur die eine Außenansicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, für eine Nacht ausreichend. Im Schlafbereich die am Fenster liegende Person muss zuerst ins Bett gehen, oder über die andere Person rüber steigen. Die Madratzen sind unbedingt erneuerungsbedürftig. Als wir in den Schlafbereich kamen, roch es trotz aufgekipptem Fenster so, als hätte dort längere Zeit niemand mehr übernachtet. Nachdem wir die Heizung angemacht hatten und in der Nacht wieder in unsere Ferienwohnung kamen, war der Geruch verschwunden. Es gab in der Wohnung kein abgetrenntes Bad im klassischen Sinne, sondern extra eine Toilette mit Dusche und im Zugang zum Schlafbereich ein größeres modernes Waschbecken. Aus diesen Erfahrungen heraus, würden wir diese Ferienwohnung nicht mehr für unseren nächsten Hamburgbesuch wählen.
