We met up with friends in Hamburg and were thankful to find a property with sufficient rooms and 1.5 bathrooms located close to the Hamburg City Center. The property was as described. The layout is a bit funky with glass panels giving visibility into some rooms, the restroom windows going out to the walkthrough and one room having no windows at all. I would venture to say that the space wasn’t originally intended as an apartment. None of this was a deal breaker though and we would return. There is an S-Bahn stop and a Mexican restaurant within the same block which was very convenient! Also, plenty of bakeries within 8 minutes walking. The description to get into the apartment is very detailed and we had no issues.

It’s in a great location, just opposite the park: come out of Konigstrasse station and turn left.. Furnishings are generic ikea; good enough but nothing that feels luxurious. There’s two toilets and one shower (which is really good, by the way). It worked well with four of us; while the apartment can sleep up to 10, I think it would feel super crowded at that level. Note that it’s super easy to accidentally change the key box combination if you’re putting it away in the dark; when you put it away, whatever combo it’s set to is your new combo. This was an expensive lesson to learn.

Party of 4 but house could easily accommodate twice that. Location was good, short walk from Reeperbahn and Fischmarkt. Good location for families too with a play park opposite the apartment. Furnishings were basic but comfortable. Only negatives were that one of the rooms appeared to not have any power and only having one key - I imagine that would be a challenge for larger groups. Would happily stay here again.

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung, die super gelegen ist. Sie könnte allerdings mal etwas renoviert werden und einige Geräte (z.B. Toilettendeckel) repariert werden. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas spatanisch (keine Sektgläser, Toaster war kaputt..).

Funktionell eingerichtete große Wohnung in schöner, gut gelegener Gegend. Toller Spielplatz für Kinder genau gegenüber. Leider hat das Bad deutliche Schimmelspuren und das WLAN ist leider nicht sehr schnell. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung liegt scgön zentral, aber ist leider für einen längeren Aufenthalt und wenn man selber kochen möchte nicht geeignet, die Küchenausstattung war äußerst spärlich, der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Toilettendeckel war lose, der Geruch in der Wohnung unangenehm.

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern drei Tage in Hamburg verbracht. Aus unserer Sicht war die Unterkunft top. Sauber und geräumig. Große Küche. Kurzer Fußweg zur Elbe. Von dort aus netter Spaziergang ins Zentrum (Reeperbahn, Fischmarkt, Landungsbrücken). Auch das Preis- Leistungsverzeichnis ist nach unserer Meinung super. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch unsere Kinder waren sehr angetan.

Das Appartment war insgesamt sauber, aber sehr dunkel und relativ ungemütlich. Die Bilder täuschen deutlich. Schon bei Betreten des Appartments kam uns allerdings ein muffiger, feuchter Geruch entgegen, als wenn es sich um eine frühere Raucherwohnung gehandelt hat und des ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem gibt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte hier entsprechend leider nicht!

Optimale Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung ,ideal mit dem Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Schöne große Räume. Sehr nahe zur Elbe und den Fischmärkten, sehr nahe zur Reeperbahn auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Alles super sauber und die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Rundherum eine super Sache. Eine Verbesserung möchte ich gerne Empfehlen. Schöne große Fenster aber von der Küche zum Hinterhof sollte man Ein Rollo oder ein Plissee anbringen. Und ich bin ein Fan von dunkleren Vorhängen in den Schlafräumen, da es doch schon hell ist ohne richtiges Rollo.

Ideale Lage zur Stadterkundung

Das Apartement ist ideal, um Hamburg zu erkunden. Besonders für diejenigen, die in wenigen Schritten an der Elbe sein wollen. Die Wohnung liegt genial oberhalb des Fischmarktes. Dieser ist bequem in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar, wo sich auch gleich einige Lokalitäten und der Fähranleger befinden. Wir haben von hier aus Hamburg zu Fuß, per Rad und mit den Fähren erkundet. Auch mit der S-Bahn wäre man hier gleich in der Stadt. Das Apartement ist sauber und für einen Stadtaufenthalt perfekt ausgestattet. Auch der Innenhof-Parkplatz ist sehr von Vorteil. Wir empfehlen das Apartement gerne weiter und würden es für einen zweiten Hamburg-Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig sowie zweckmäßig und einfach eingerichtet. Es war alles nötige vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren genau richtig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, um von dort aus Hamburg zu erkunden. Eine kleinere Beanstandung am Anfang unseres Aufenthalts wurde nach einem Telefonat mit dem Vermieter gleich behoben. Gerne wieder.
