About this apartment rental
The living rooms are fitted with new wallpaper, and the walls have a fresh coat of white paint. Flat includes: shower room with washbasin, toilet, separate guest toilet, new kitchenette, ceramic range, convection oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, 3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 90x200-cm individual beds (some can be combined into double beds), 1 separate bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200 cm) that's perfect for kids, living room with a dining table for up to 10 people, comfortable sitting area with 2 integrated 90x200-cm beds, and closets and racks in the bedrooms. The flat is especially ideal because of its central location in Altona. It is also very peaceful, with a view of the park.

We met up with friends in Hamburg and were thankful to find a property with sufficient rooms and 1.5 bathrooms located close to the Hamburg City Center. The property was as described. The layout is a bit funky with glass panels giving visibility into some rooms, the restroom windows going out to the walkthrough and one room having no windows at all. I would venture to say that the space wasn’t originally intended as an apartment. None of this was a deal breaker though and we would return. There is an S-Bahn stop and a Mexican restaurant within the same block which was very convenient! Also, plenty of bakeries within 8 minutes walking. The description to get into the apartment is very detailed and we had no issues.

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung, die super gelegen ist.
Sie könnte allerdings mal etwas renoviert werden und einige Geräte (z.B. Toilettendeckel) repariert werden.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas spatanisch (keine Sektgläser, Toaster war kaputt..).
