Lovely stay in pretty Germany

We spent three nights with our two year old daughter and we had everything we needed. It was a lovely and safe space for our daughter to run around in and we slept very well in the lovely rooms. The place has a very nice and welcoming atmosphere and things like a dishwasher, washing machine and lots of sitting areas make travelling with a child much easier. We had our dinner from the restaurant downstairs twice and it was super delicious and convenient. We visited the nearby towns for food shopping, but they were so cosy and interesting that we ended up strolling for hours and eating food from every bakery we pasted. The hosts were as sweet as can be and our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay.

Lovely Spot outside Hamburg

Amazing landlords who looked after us in a very good way! Excellent fish restaurant in the ground floor of the building which is situated on the bank of Elba river. Lovely apartment with a lot of character! Distance to Hamburg downtown is 30 min by car or there is a ferry option if u drop the car in a nearby village. Thank u Kramers for a lovely 2 days!

Wonderful hotel

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and stylish. It’s situated in an old manor, that looks very cozy and beautiful. The staff is very nice and helpful, we felt welcomed. Also there was a bottle of super tasty homemade apple juice waiting for us in the apartment and a sweet bouquet of flowers. In overall it felt like a 5*star hotel stay.

It has the best of 2 worlds: Lively Hamburg nearby and peaceful countryside of the "Altes Land"

The apartment Elbblick is situated above the Guesthouse/restaurant Zur Post run by the very friendly family Kramer. Its a modern apartment which is very will equipped and nicely decorated. You can have a drink, lunch or dinner at the restaurant of Zur Post at the waterside. On the other hand there is no late night noise if you choose not to join. The surroundings have beautiful little villages with old houses and lots of orchards (apple, pear, plum). Nice to visit by car or bike. 10 minutes drive by car or bus to the ferry which takes you to the centre of Hamburg in 30 minutes (past the impressive harbor of Hamburg).

With a family of 5 the use of the one bathroom take some planning, but we quickly got used to it

Schönes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gute Matratzen. Guter Ausblick auf die Este. Das Restaurant nebenan hat nicht gestört.

Leider hatten wir bei der Anreise eine Baustelle direkt vor der Wohnung. Dadurch mussten wir die Koffer ziemlich weit durch den Regen transportieren. Aber dafür konnte der Gastgeber natürlich nichts.

Der Aufenthalt war zu kurz - wir kommen wieder 👍

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, alles !vorhanden. Sehr ruhig gelegen auf dem alten Esterdeich. Gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Gasthof nebenan ( wir haben keinen Lärm von dort mitbekommen! ) gehört dem Vermieter, Service wird dort groß geschrieben - sehr freundlicher und netter Kontakt. Bus fussläufig erreichbar- mit Bus und Fähre in 40 min in Hamburg, mit dem Rad ins Alte Land. Parkplatz vorhanden - eigener Gartenbereich für gemütliche Stunden an der Ester vorhanden - wir kommen wieder 👍

Die Räume waren super ausgesgestattet, sauber und gut vorbereitet. Wir waren sofort zu Hause, super mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Hell, sauber, gemütlich, Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Restahrant dazu hat die Familienfeier verschönt. Es konnte für uns gar nicht besser sein. Danke an das Haus und den Service
