Interior very tasteful and of high quality; bathroom, kitchen very well equipped, even mobile phone charging cable! Well connected to public transport, despite on major road fairly quiet.

Tolle Wohnung für einen entspannten Hamburg Aufenthalt.

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend ! Die Wohnung war groß sehr gut ausgestattet und völlig ausreichend für 4 Personen. Man kommt in weniger als 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt.

Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin, Frau Hinz, super nett und hilfsbereit. Ca. 10 - 15 Gehminuten bis zum nächsten S-Bahnhof. Wir haben uns immer E- Scooter genommen, die in der Gegend reichlich rumstehen. Vom S- Bahnhof direkte Anbindung an die Landungsbrücken, Jungfernstieg und Hauptbahnhof. Somit auch von der Lage sehr gut.

Da es eine Souterrain-Wohnung ist, kann es zeitweise etwas dunkel sein. Das wussten wir aber vorher und da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, ist das für ins nicht ins Gewicht gefallen.

Prima für einen Kurztrip nach Hamburg.

Tolle Lage. Direkt an der Buslinie sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung. Parkplatz für unser Auto immer vorhanden. Bäckerei mit tollem Frühstück auf der anderen Straßenseite. Lidl und Aldi auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Wohnung war alles da was man braucht. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung

Schön eingerichtete Souterrain-Wohnung, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Sehr sauber! Für Tee und Kaffee ist auch gesorgt, sogar einige Gewürze sind vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir werden wieder kommen, wenn uns unsere Reisepläne nach Norden ziehen. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung in Hamburg Flottbek 👍

Wir haben anlässlich des Rod Stewart Konzerts im Juni 2024 5 Tage in dieser schönen geräumigen gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Grosses Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, grosses Bad, gut ausgestattete Küche. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin Frau Hinz gibt euch gerne Empfehlungen für euren Aufenthalt in Hamburg. Bushaltestelle zum Bus Richtung Bhf Altona (über S-Bahnhof Othmarschen 2 Stationen) 3 Minuten entfernt. Rewe, Aldi, Lidl ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Quer gegenüber über die Straße gibt es bei der Bäckerei Junge ein schönes Frühstück. Einige Restaurants gibt es auch in der Nähe. Zur Elbe (Teufelsbrück) läuft man ca. 45 Minuten, idealerweise durch den Jenischpark. Es gibt aber auch einen Bus.

Die ruhige Lage, die kurzen Anbindungen an den ÖPNV in Hamburg und die Wohnung allgemein war sehr gemütlich.

Leider war der vorhandene Staubsauger nicht gereinigt, sonst alles bestens!

Total liebe Gastgeberin, wir werden wieder kommen.

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Wohnung genau das richtige. Die Kinder konnten toben und gaben sich mega wohl gefühlt, es war nahezu alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Wenn wir kurz etwas benötigt haben,war alles fußläufig vorhanden. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass kleinere Probleme sofort behoben worden sind. Im großen und ganzen eine runde Sache.

Was ein bisschen schade war, war dass der Empfang vom Mobiltelefon nicht gegeben war, was mir das Arbeiten etwas schwerer gemacht hat (selbstständig). Des Weiteren wäre eventuell ein Hocker zum auf Toilette kommen bzw. Zähne putzen und ein Toilettenaufsatz für die Zwerge wären top. Aber Frauke meinte, dass sie es aufnimmt für die nächsten Gäste... von daher ist die Überschrift "was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen "schlimmer, als es tatsächlich war.
