Stolperfallen, Absätze am Boden, Deckenhöhe 2 Meter, mein großer Kollege ist ständig gebückt gelaufen, Mobiliar zusammengewürfelt, ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, 20 cm von Bettkante bis Wand, beim Aufstehen hat man die Wand vorm Kopf, Außenumgebung nicht einladend nur Schotter, Betumen, Vermieter sollte freundlicher mit seinen Gästen umgehen

Simple FeWo für kleine Leute

Wohnung hat alles notwendige wie in der Küche und im Bad. Man sieht, es wurde sich bemüht die Wohnung gemütlich zu gestalten.

Wir haben die Wohnung im Winter genutzt und daher ist die Temperatur nicht schön. Im Wohnbereich z.B. fällt schon sehr die Kälte herunter und auch das Ledersofa ist ehr kühl. Zudem, ist morgens die Wohnung sehr kalt, gerade wenn man das Haus früh verlässt. Das 2. Kleine Schlafzimmer könnte langsam eine neue Matratze gebrauchen und das Zimmer hat nur Zugang vom Hauptschlafzimmer. Das Bad hat keine Halterung für die Brause, durch die geringe Deckenhöhe ist dies auch schwierig. Vielleicht wäre eine Sitzmöglichkeit schön. WAS FEHLT IST EIN KLEIDERSCHRANK. Lediglich ein schmaler Schrank mit Fächern und eine kleine ausklappbare Kleiderstange befindet sich im 2. Schlafzimmer. Auch die Koffer haben nur Platz im Flur/Eingangsbereich.
