Says 2pm check in waited an hour still no key called agency poor communication

It was cheap

The bed had not been made and the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. Bottles still in the room and not a single staff member to ask could I get the sheets changed.

Bathroom clean and large, kitchen area tidy Room size was good for single

Front door was difficult to unlock from the outside the stairs were steap and narrow Door to room made terrible squeaking noises when opening and closing, cheap carpets spring mattress Window lock broken and funny smell.

The location

There was an awful smell when entering the building, the fact you get give the key codes to every room, the bathroom was dirty, the room was like a sauna and the window was broken so wouldn’t open.

Absolutely nothing

The front for lock was atrocious go open and close it was a nightmare, the place had a terrible stench , the bed sheets were crumpled as though they were digger not ironed or had been used !! Showers only provided boiling hot water, it was filthy No staff around ! This place is not fit for humane habitation. I will report this on Monday hobghe council health & safety. The stairs were dangerous.

Absolutely awful experience. We arrived and could not get into the property as the instructions were not clear. Finally got into the building to be greeted with someone else staying in the room the host told us to open. 10 phone calls later I was told to go to room 5 . There was no room 5. Place was dirty and smelt awful. We had to pay to stay in the local travelodge instead

Love this place. Not expensive and has everything you will need for a stay. This is not the Ritz but it has everything i want. Great location for what i needed.

Bed was comfy enough

For reference I booked a double room (room 3). - sent me a WiFi that doesn't exist and did not reply when I asked for an actual WiFi so I had to use data - did not answer any calls or emails - I was given the codes to all key boxes so I could've gotten into any room, I felt very unsafe and without support - walls were dirty and room smelt weird - bathroom and kitchen were shared with other rooms so unclear what belonged to others - bathroom is NOT the one in the pictures, it is not that nice - no instructions on where the actual room was in the building so I got lost - window doesn't shut - front door is hard to open you have to turn the key while pushing it open, was stuck outside for 15 mins figuring this out - staircase is very steep, fine for me but warning others - light in room was very dim

The beds were comfy, it was on a quiet street, wasn't too hot or cold.

I tried contacting the host through messages and phone call but there was no answer. The WiFi never worked and I couldnt contact anyone to help.

It's not related to the room, but the bus service to the area is not good and they often missed the stops, so we ended up waiting a long time for the next bus to arrive.

Large spacious dining area, Co op and activities nearby. Staff friendly enough.

Cleanliness. Shared areas, I couldn't decide when the last time either the bathrooms and my room had been vacuumed or wiped down. But doubt it had been completed for weeks. My bed although seeming to have clean linen was warm as I arrived, as someone had been lying there beforehand? Very limited cutlery, crockery and no means to dry. Found no hot water in facility on second day of stay, management failed to answer calls or text. I wrapped up my visit in the area and left a day early. Having communicated the lack of satisfaction and early departure, I await communication from the establishment wanting a refund.

Arrived to be given the key safe number for all rooms but told I was in room 5, massive safety concern. Went up to the room to find plates dirty, bins over flowing, beds used and not made, towels dirty and on the floor, cups with mould in, used tissues by the bed. When asking the building owner he stated the cleaners hadn’t been and were unable to be there that day. He said he couldn’t refund me as he didn’t deal with booking.com but just own the building. When contacting the property they don’t reply and have not refunded my payment. An absolute disgrace.

Nothing. The photos are not a true reflection of the property and would say the photos are false advertisement. It was filthy and unsafe, we booked another property and left within 10 mins.

The carpets were filthy There was dirty cups and glasses left on the wardrobe The kitchen was dirty and there was a washer pulled out and left in the middle of the kitchen The doors were flimsy and I’m sure do not meet regs but because of this it was unsafe The bathroom was dirty The pictures on booking.com are nothing like the property.

I liked the location.

The bathroom was very dirty The shower in the sharedbathroom was blocked and full of body hair ! The sink in the shared bathroom was blocked ! There was no toilet paper , no shower gel or shampoo what so ever! Couldn't take a shower after a long day on arrival!!! The room was ok but the bathroom was filthy!!! Very cheap but very bad at the same time!

Excellent value for money. Very clean.

Couldn't find a kettle. TV couldn't use. Ceiling light not very bright.

The room was comfortable and I had big space.

Inside the cupboard was dirty with bottle of wisk and food very disappointed.

That we had somewhere to sleep

We paid for three people but didn't get enough beds given so one of us had to sleep on the floor, had no one to contact as the owner was away on holiday, they told us they would refund us or sort it and both didn't get done.

Own rooms, clean with tea and coffee included

On first night there was no lock on bathroom door, but fixed the next day.

Excelente relación CALIDAD/PRECIO. Pedimos la habitación para dos con cama doble, que era la habitación N°3 y estaba muy bien. Te brindan dos toallas, tiene heladera y cocina con microondas y pava eléctrica. Hay dos baños, tienen agua caliente y puedes cerrar la puerta con traba. Hay WiFi y funciona bien, en la televisión también y tiene netflix y YouTube. La habitación que teníamos estaba justo en el medio así que casi no escuchábamos a los demás, pero si que prendieron la lavadora en la noche y era ruidosa (aunque a mi no me molesta el ruido). El colchón de la cama era cómodo, aunque las almohadas no tanto. La ubicación está bien, y cerca hay una tienda. Nunca vimos al propietario, sólo se nos dio un código por mensaje para recoger la llave, que estaban en una mini caja de seguridad enumeradas que están en la puerta de entrada. Nuestra estancia estuvo muy bien, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente y nos encantó la tranquilidad y privacidad.
