The location was idea for the airport

Communication with owner was difficult, the number is also registered to another business in the area which he must run, though doesn't reply to emails, messages or answer phone calls. The rooms were as described (beds!) The communal kitchen was filthy!. The kettle and microwave was unbearable. The 'restaurant' downstairs is no more, and is just a pub! Luckily, we found a Chinese restaurant with a table, so we managed to eat tea. All the keys were missing from the security boxes. Luckily one room upstairs window was open, we heard a man talking. I shouted up, he came to the window, finally came down. He had ALL the keys. Said he didn't work there but was staying there for a short while??? Very unprofessional and unsecure situation to be honest. The stairs (as others have said) are not safe for the elderly or young children!
