I only used the room for sleep and the bed was very comfortable. Room was heated before I got there, bonus.

Breakfast was terrible, no eggs, greasy... Just horrible, questionable stains all over the carpet, vintage memory foam mattress, dust everywhere, light fittings that hold the bulbs cracked, shower curtain not secured to the wall correctly so when you open it, it falls on the floor, electric heater in bathroom inop, and the list goes on and on!

The food poisoning I got from eating the Fish and Chips, I only slept for 2 hours on and off as I was up the whole night going to the toilet. When I reported it the next day, the lady responded with 'I was not on shift' No concern for my welfare at all I won't staying or recommending this hotel to anyone

Wow what a lovely hotel. Found it easy enough and check in was easy and quick. The reception staff at check in and check out were cheerful and friendly. The reception/bar is clean and modern it felt very friendly. Got to my room which was spacious and cosy. The bed was firm but comfortable. Shampoo, shower gel and hand soap all available. The room was warm with plenty of lighting and plug sockets. What an amazing stay.

Very Outdated Building, like a 1950's American Motel minus the Neon Roof Sign No Free Parking even though situated on an Industrial Estate Bad Ventilation, Insulation and Noise Issues Very Tired and in desperate need of a Refresh

I understand the hotel has just been taken over and is due to be renovated! This will be a good thing as very much needed as is very dated & needs a facelift :) Aside of that, was just what we needed after driving for most of the day - main thing was it was clean :)

Paid parking! Why!?

Warm, clean room. Earplugs provided is a thoughtful touch, although we didn't need them. Breakfast is a reasonable price and cooked to order. Friendly, welcoming receptionist, on-site parking.

A bit dated, but otherwise nothing to dislike, would have liked a choice over types of cooked breakfast.

Hair dryer didnt work light by the bed didnt work no soap in the shower.

The staff were cheerful and our breakfast was lovely both mornings.

The rooms were basic which would have been fine for what we needed but the mattress was horrifically uncomfortable the springs literally sprung with every tiny movement.

I like the place and attacked the staff

I had to bad night as I was getting bit in the room, they did move me to another room and everything was fine then. I had to book another night because I was too tired to go. I wasn’t happy with the outcome come because I stay at that hotel all the time and I didn’t even get a complimentary drink or anything back for the inconvenience

Tv didn't work in my room, when asked the staff questions they were clueless.

Liked that the rooms were in their own building away from reception and bar so you could park right outside the room. Staff were friendly, efficient and breakfast service was fast, tasty and plentiful

Clean comfy beds. Bathroom very clean with bright white towels. Good location - handy for station and town. Pleasant efficient staff. WiFi. Food available.

Wall lights needed dusting. Bathroom was very clean, but grouting and sealant needs attention. Textured wall alongside loo would be better tiled to be more hygienic. Not much clearance between tap and basin - had to fill the kettle using mugs of water - and could only just get a mug underneath the tap.

A girl stole £200 from my room and I forgot my £800 dentures and the hotel has not replied to a single message I have sent. Booking.com have done nothing either!!!!

Easy access to the station and central Liverpool

Unfortunately at around 6.30 am we had to call the police due to someone attempting to break into our room ( room 120) . The matter was dealt with by the police and whilst checking out I mentioned it to the receptionist and whilst she was aware of the situation appeared to be completely disinterested in the welfare of both ourselves as the guests and the woman who had been trying to get in . This is the second time I have stayed here and the first time my friend and I were disturbed by a group of male guests talking loudly and swearing over the balcony in the early hours . Cheap accommodation which would have been perfect for me to use whilst visiting my daughter who has just moved into university accommodation, but I will not be using again as i wouldn’t feel safe as a single woman staying here Alone due to the two events mentioned

It was super clean and had everything we needed. Outside doors meant we could park our car at the door of our room!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good

The outside of the building looked a bit shabby Would have like some hooks on the doors or walls for hanging dress or handbag etc

Location was great. Hotel was very clean and the Rooms were a great size. 😊😊

The beds were very Noisy. We could hear the couple above us in the first room we had having some fun ( Could hear bed banging against the wall ). When we had to move to a different room on Saturday tea time due to a blocked toilet we heard the guests next door going at it about 5 times during the night !! ( Again bed banging ). Might be something to be looked at
