Breakfast was very well organised. , very friendly staff. Hotel needs a little updating. Only 2 single sockets in the room . 1 for Tv and the other kettle. Makes things difficult when 2 are staying. Trying to charge phones and wanting to dry your hair etc. be warned you maybe be staying when there’s a wedding. At the hotel. There was 2 wedding s over the weekend and it gets very noisy and limited areas for hotel guests.

Nice hotel with plenty of parking. The room was large with the desirable mains sockets near the bed so you can charge your devices easily. The walls are very thin so you do hear a lot of people talking either side of you. Maintenance could be improved as the TV didn't work and the shaving mirror bulb was blown. I'm not a fan of connecting doors between rooms and this had one. Unfortunately the foreign chap in the next room must have thought it was a cupboard and tried to open it. Very disconcerting. But generally i liked this hotel and would happliy stay again.

Stayed for a week, nobody changed the towels, the bins or the tea and coffee... rooms get incredibly hot and the patio doors open on to the car park so either be hot or have no privacy.

The hotel its self is looking dated they are paining the outside but my room could have done with some tlc ! Very dated decor and pillows on the bed old and stained. Service great staff very friendly food very good quality, just a shame about the rooms .

We chose the hotel as it was affordable accommodation in easy reach of Anfield Stadium! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and well equipped for our needs! The breakfast was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay again and we would certainly recommend the hotel to friends . The hotel was very good value for money 😀

Not a bad hotel. I stayed whilst visiting a festival so prices were elevated, but that was true everywhere. The room was fairly dated and could use a refurb and the bathroom tile grouting wasn't in great condition. The bed was comfortable enough and it was quiet. The hotel is functional and does the job, but has potential to be nicer with a bit of investment.

I had a great few nights. Friendly staff and good food. I was especially impressed with the steak. I always ask for the steak to be blue and not many places do that. However, the chef at the Everglade did and it came exactly how I wanted it. If I had one qualm it would be that dogs are allowed in the hotel and bar area, not sure about the restaurant though.

Generally ok but the walls are very thin so hear TVs very easily, also the doors were very clunky when they were being shut. Would be good if the hotel had signs up reminding guests to be quiet when returning to their rooms. Breakfast was disappointing, the usual hot breakfast but no fried eggs and the continental part was very lacking! Bar was closed in the evening due to a wedding party which I'm sure would have disappointed some guests

A warm welcome from Mandy on reception, great friendly service from Mike at dinner which was delicious. Room was very clean and comfortable. well done to the team there. I would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

The bed was slanted, uncomfortable and very creaky, paint chips, marks and stains all over the room. Restaurant food was ok, although the full English breakfast was the same as a small breakfast. Ie 1 item of each. A pint of lemonade was very expensive at £4.80. I would not stop again.

Have to say staff & food good, breakfast is basic but good but im afraid this is a tired hotel One thing that should be good is the bed. This was an aged broken divan base top section, it was so badly dipped it was like a hammock.. so much, you could see the mattress dipping before sitting on it so it had been there for quite some time. Although online there were suites available online was refused a room change, said they were fully booked and nothing further. It was gone 9.30pm for my check in and just wanted to sleep so didnt push it, Luckily their was a single bed also in the room but not what I paid for. Also had to move the bed around as no power sockets near the bed only near tv, & need for sleep. Bring earplugs as you can clearly hear neighbours calls.. and nightime snoring, i played music aswell to help! Decor is very tired, damaged lampshade and dirty curtains. Pillows need replacing as very lumpy. Remote control no back so batteries free.. not good if had kids! Bathroom fairly clean but mould was present, was not a nice look. Mirror was very tired aswell, the bath cover was broken. Simple things that should quickly replace but can tell are just left. They did say they would address with maintenance but i very much doubt it will be updated as the bed is very noticeably broken aswell as the bath despite towel 'hiding' it. So should be marked unusable till replaced. Sadly won't revisit and I honestly hate to criticise but feel reviews don't reflect conditions

Expensive for what you get, decor very dated. I had a double room with one socket for the lamp, kettle, iron plus my devices…. One socket for the whole room! Bed was super comfy with nice sheets, breakaways good & staff couldn’t do enough for you but it needs a makeover to be charging those prices. It’s in the middle of no where but there is a bus stop right outside.
