Lovely stay, Lin was really accommodating and a good host. You are near the airport though.

There was a lot of choice re cereals, bread and croissants but it would have been nice to have been able to have the option of a cooked breakfast or even just eggs. The fresh fruit was lovely and you could pick your own apples!!

As above really regarding the breakfast other than that it was a lovely stay.

Very nice clean and comfortable accomodation with secure parking

Ian was very helpful after what had been a stressful day. Arrived at my original hotel booking to find that they did not have my room available as the previous client had trashed the room. I was told i would have to find somewhere else ! Quick search on Booking.com found Brook Barn was available and it fitted the bill perfectly. Very nice room had everything i needed and was spotlessly clean. Nice and secure off road parking accessed through code controlled electric gates. Very happy to stay there again if i was in that area again. Many thanks to Ian

Enjoyable

The facilities were fine. The Location is terrific. 4 Minutes to Liverpool's John Lennon Airport. Actually you could walk to it. Our host Ian, could not have been more friendly and helpful. He was a treat to converse with. The Airport is lightly used and as someone who uses EWR and JFK, this airport was a delight. Planning to go back again!!

Absolutely fantastic find , for our night away , facitlites top notch very secure and very safe in a leafy Suburb close to liverpool , Cannot reccommend highly enough Linn was so helpful at check in So close to Liverpool airport too ideal if you got an early Flight Overwhelmed with Breakfast selection everything you could want for just a light option Thnak you and will Definately see you again

Lovely host, perfect for the airport

Ian the owner was very warm and welcoming. Perfect place to stay if, like me, you've got an early-ish flight. Being bungalows, no endless walking down long hotel corridors. I'll definitely stay again

TV didn't work. Bed was 2 singles pushed together and I kept rolling into the middle.

Very warm welcome from Ian. Room was spotless clean. Great location right beside the airport. Ian went out of his way every morning to drop me to my course which was amazing saving the stress of taxis incase they're delayed.

Perfect B & B, Perfect host, perfect location

Brilliant accommodation, 5 minutes from Liverpool airport, absolutely spotless and our host could not have done more to make us feel at home. An utter gentleman. Excellent base for touring the area, or, like ourselves, for staying in prior to a flight from John Lennon Airport. Very reasonably priced, secure parking, fine facilities and extremely comfortable bed!!!

Really good place I would stay there again.

I needed somewhere close to Woolton Village, so this was perfect for me. I also needed somewhere quiet, and it was excellent. It is close to the airport and planes come over at night, but not during the sleeping hours, so it was no problem. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The only problem is that the bed probably needed replacing, or something extra put over the mattress. In my room, at least, I could feel the springs underneath me, and it was difficult to find a spot that was comfortable. Presumably, that was only my room.
