Modern apartment with lovely views

Located in a very pretty area of the city. There are bars and restaurants close by and buses to access other parts of the city. The two bedroom apartment had a lovely covered terrace which would be lovely in the summer but we didn't really get to use it in rainy February. Lovely view over the river from the living area and the main bedroom.

Nothing really, it was a very nice apartment. It was a bit dusty so could have done with a more thorough clean. The company sent me the wrong address and check in details so I ended up at an apartment in a different part of the city. As it was late I took an Uber to the correct apartment. It would be good to have this refunded.

Modern large apartment close to the river

The large apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. Washing machine was great. Heating very effective. We were able to get a bus from the train station to the apartment (only 200 m away) and we were able to walk into the old town and city centre (about 30 minutes because it was very scenic and we paused frequently to take photos. We could have used a bus as public transport is free and frequent. We were also able to walk back along the river, very scenic.

The collection of the keys was a bit of a problem we had two codes; one to open the mail box and another to open the key box. The light above the mail box was not working and the code numbers were very small and so it took sometime to get the code exactly right. There was no supermarket close to the apartment (very small shops and some restaurants).

Couldn’t find any corner shops, just needed to remember to collect any food/ snacks for the apartment from the main part of town.

Great

Location was amazing. Right in the middle of the grund, you could take the bus anywhere or even walk everywhere. Running path to the grund is 2’ away. Eateries are within 5’ walk. Powder room was a great bonus. Amazing view. Bus stop is 1’ away.

- Absolutely no contact with host. They were unreachable. We needed an iron and could not get a hold of them. There is only one key set given. The apt door auto locks. I was scared the whole time that if i got locked out, there would be no way of contacting anyone to get back in!!! - Finding the place and getting the key was a little tricky. They have a video that shows how to.

Comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings overlooking the river and the hills beyond while conveniently located for exp

Beautiful modern decor, accurately matching the photos online. Lovely location only 15-20 minutes’ walk from the old town (the walk is up a steep hill but the views are stunning). Alternatively, there are two bus stops without a few steps of the apartment - one for buses 14 and 15, and another for bus 9. All public transport in Luxembourg is free. Responsive hosts whenever we had a question.

The apartment is very close to a street lined with bars and restaurants which can get noisy in the evening - though the windows do a great job of keeping the noise out. Note that there is only one fan in the property.

Hot and spidery

They were able to get us in after a last minute cancellation.

Spiders, lots and lots of spiders. Notified the management and they asked us to keep the windows closed so more didn’t come in. That was difficult on a very hot night. Should have kept the windows open to let the spiders out. Also, lots of stains on the pillows.

Nice enough place but with no AC and no information re local shops it wasn’t relaxing as we had hoped

Modern design.

No AC, and the windows are small so little light or through air. There are only duvets and no single sheets and the duvet covers are polyester cotton so with no AC we all sweated through the night. There is no information regarding local shops and when we arrived the closest place to get any basic provisions like milk, bread or water was a 30 min walk away. There is no jug so we couldn’t cool any tap water and the ice trays were empty. I asked for help on the WhatsApp chat and I was given links to 3 stores that were closed on a Sunday. So if you arrive on a Sunday make sure you take with your what you need as nowhere local to shop and the majority of restaurants were closed. And lastly the shower was disappointing, a lovely big room and designed shower but the water pressure is extremely low and the shower head very small.

easy check in/out, all necessary amenities, close to the city center, to restaurants, clean, warm, not noisy, bus station near, parking spots available, good value for money. two rooms with double beds, 1 shower, 2 toilets

Very cosy and comfortable

The aparment is at a prime location in the Old town. It is very clean and well maintained. Looks new as we could smell the fresh paint. The facilities are complete for a long stay, with everything you would need from the kitchen at home.

There are a few stairs even with the lift, so we had a bit of a problem traveling with a person on wheelchair. But its still manageable. Windows are small so not a lot of outside view, but interiors are nice and apartment is very spacious.

Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Öffi-Anbindung und ist modern eingerichtet, mit Blick zur Stadt und auf die Alzette.

ABER: - die Ankunftsinformationen mit den Filmen sind zwar nett, aber dauerten ewig, bis sie geladen waren. Eine Ankunftsinfo per Email mit allen nötigen Informationen wäre hier viel besser. - ein paar Kissen auf der Couch wären toll, man nimmt ja ein Appartement weil man sich dort aufhalten will -Die großen Bettdecken sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ist gängig in LUX/BE/FR. Aber wenn man internationale Gäste erwartet, wären Einzel-Bettdecken eine Überlegung. - Ein bis zwei Töpfe mehr in der Küche, eine Teekanne, eine Salatschüssel, .... weil ja, es gibt sie noch, die Gäste die auch selber mal was Kleines kochen.

Das Apartment ist in einer netten Gegend, wenn auch nicht zentral; die Kommunikation mit dem Team lässt leider zu wünsch

Großes Apartment in schöner Umgebung, wenn auch rund 25 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt (mit einem Bus braucht man etwa 10 Minuten).

Pro Bett gibt es eine geteilte Decke und jeweils einen Polster (obwohl im Kasten weitere vier Pölster verstaut waren - dies allerdings ohne passende Bezüge). Wenn ein Gast zum Schlafen auf das Sofa ausweichen muss ist das aufgrund der geteilten Decken nicht möglich. Wir haben angefragt, ob wir eine zusätzliche Decke haben können; das wurde zuerst bejaht und dann auf spätere Nachfrage doch verneint, weil man nur eine Decke zur Verfügung stellen würde. Auch einen weiteren Polsterbezug erhielten wir trotz anfänglicher Zusage dann doch nicht. Es steht auch nur jeweils ein großes Handtuch pro Person zur Verfügung. Die Fenster sind relativ klein und lassen daher auch nicht viel natürliches Licht herein.

Confortável, vista linda, sacada. Ótima localização para transporte público, bares e restaurantes. Apartamento recentemente reformado com mobiliário de qualidade e contemporâneo. Super iluminado.

O dormitório não fica escuro. Clareia quando amanhece. A cozinha é mal equipada: faltam faca de pão, pegador de panela, prato refratário, utensílios de baixo custo que facilitam a vida. O bairro não tem mercadinhos nem supermercado.

Schön gelegen, gut ausgestattet aber manchmal etwas laut und extrem hohe Parkgebühren.

Für 2 Pärchen ideal aufgeteilt. Schön gelegen an der Alzette. Fußweg zum Zentrum (keine 1/2 Stunde) entlang des Flüsschens, sehr schön. Busverbindung in Zentrum ebenfalls ideal.

Ein Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Oberlicht zum Öffnen, kein Fenster. Anwesen liegt in einer „Partymeile“, kann nachts manchmal stören. Kein eigener Parkplatz, Parkgebühren extrem teuer (ca. 50€ pro Tag). Telefonische Betreuung nur in englischer Sprache, kein deutsch, kein französisch, sehr kundenunfreundlich.

Mooie locatie en goed ingericht

Er hing een ontzettend muffe / zure geur bij binnenkomst. Dit werd veroorzaakt doordat het vloerkleed onder de zithoek nat was. Ramen en deur openzetten hielp minimaal. Hierover diverse berichten gestuurd, maar een echte oplossing niet gekomen. Standaard reactie: bedankt voor het bericht en het team pakt het op. Één keer langs geweest, maar aan het probleem NIETS gedaan. Daarnaast vuil bestek in vaatwasser en vieze vensterbanken. Organisatie komt vooraf zelf wel met allerlei regels en voorwaarden Al met al, NIET tevreden (voor wat je moet betalen) en zal dit ook zeker delen met anderen!

Apartamento chulo pero podría estar mucho mejor

Buena ubicación. Apartamento muy amplio. La comunicación con los dueños muy buena, la casa no estaba del todo limpia cuando llegamos y nada más escribirles para comentárselo nos mandaron a gente a solucionarlo.

Sin aire acondicionado. No puedes abrir ventanas porque se llena la casa de arañas grandes. La alfombra tenía restos de comida de las personas que estuvieron antes. Mucho polvo en los muebles. Una pena porque el apartamento es muy chulo pero podría estar mucho mejor

Kurzaufenthalt an ruhiger Lage und doch gut gelegen.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen. Ruhig und mit dem Bus leicht erreichbar. Weg vom grossen Touristenrummel. Vor allem die Sicht vom Balkon war sehr schön. Blick auf die Oberstadt, Fluss vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet

Im Kleiderschrank waren noch Kleidungsstücke von früheren Mietern. Vielleicht etwas besser kontrollieren.

Modern en ruim appartement in de uitgangsbuurt, ver van het hogergelegen centrum

Groot, ruim en modern appartement

Appartement was vol dode en levende spinnen. Je kon de vensters niet open zetten, omwille van de spinnen (er waren ook geen vliegenramen) en er was geen airco waardoor we niet konden verluchten en afkoelen.

Fin beliggenhet, sentralt, lett å gå til sentrum og nær kollektivtrafikk. Leiligheten var romslig og inneholdt alt vi trengte for to uker. Verandaen ble mye brukt. Portalen inneholdt all informasjon vi trengte. God oppfølging fra utleier Arca.

Das Appartement bietet viel Platz und liegt fußläufig zur Altstadt. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und prompt.

Der erste Blick, nachdem man erwartungsfroh die Tür zum Appartment aufgeschlossen hat, fällt auf Waschmaschine und Putzutensilien (s. Foto). Die hätte man hinter einem Vorhang verbergen können. Es ist sehr hellhörig, sowohl was die Geräusche im Haus angeht, als auch die von außerhalb (Gastro- / Partymeile). Im Bad wäre eine Ablage für Kosmetik/Pflegeprodukte gut, im WC fehlt ein Spiegel. Die Fenster könnten mal wieder gewischt werden.

如果公寓管理方能够给多些人性化服务会更好，他们发了一条checkin链接，里面有教住客如何checkin的视频，但问题是他们没有考虑在路途中的住客例如我们只有蜂窝网络没有WIFI，是打不开视频的。我们三个人用手机都没有办法打开视频。我们晚上10点多才赶到公寓，由于定位不准，我们用了三种导航带我们去了不同的地方，于是我们花了半小时也没有办法找到准确的地址。建筑物外面也没有任何地址标识，我不得不打电话求助公寓工作人员。你猜他跟我说了啥？他告诉我要打开那个链接看了视频就清楚了，我说我啥都看不到。于是他没有其他说法了。幸好，那时还不算太晚，我们遇到了晚归的居民，在他的帮助下我们找到了那个邮箱（拜托了那个邮箱外面的标识甚至都已经模糊不清了）。打开了邮箱然后看了密码盒，才找到了钥匙进去。总之工作人员的态度就是我已经给你发了链接，你自己想办法入住就是了。没有任何额外的帮助。
