Easy communication, super comfortable beds, location, balcony.
We couldn't watch the World Cup because it was not on any channels on TV in the apartment, but that's a minor thing.

Great location and very clean and had everything we needed for the couple of nights.
Nothing I don’t like but a note about finding the entrance on street would have been helpful. You need to enter between a restaurant and a store.

well equipped apartment, but by no means "luxury" nor is it a "villa". The balcony is also not so special as it is advertised. But in the end there is everything what you need, just the whole place is a bit shabby and made of tired cheap plastic. IT woudl be fully OK if it were not advertised as a :"Luxury" "villa" and cost half as much as it does!

The accomodation was fine, had the necessary facilities in the apartment. The location was close to public transport but was incredibly noisy at night as the windows were not double glazed. Otherwise, a great location and good facilities, however a number of other points to consider below.
The apartment lacked consistent hot water and turned cold intermittently, curtains in the lounge were ripped. Insufficient number of toilet rolls for the period of stay, despite making requests for additional which were not responded to. The lift and stairwell had a awful smell which is presumably due to the restaurant on the ground floor, which fortunately did not impregnate into the apartment.
