Foreigners Experience.

The apartment was well appointed and conviently located near thr main rail station. Shops nearby catered well for our grocery needs. We were amazed by the free public transport that is available. Overall it was a great experience.

Initially we experienced a little difficulty getting access to the room but once we understood the process it was quite easy.

Close walk to train and public transportation. Small elevator and wifi. Basic accommodation, drip coffee available for machine.

The apartment was not very clean. The floors clearly had not been cleaned, they were dusty and had several large sticky spots on them.

Not very pleasant stay

The location is good and the room is big and clean

Th WiFi can not be connected most of time, we have 3 phones and 2 laptops, none of laptops can connect to the WiFi and 2 phones occasionally able to, this is very bad. Also we wait outside of the building for very long to get the room, the manager cannot be connected by phone and messages. Both of these were making us frustrated, not a nice stay

There are better places than this for the money.

Location from the city centre and train station, kitchenette facilities, lot of place to eat.

The room was facing a busy main road, so was noise all night even after closing the shutter. There was a AC fan in the hall but not in the bed room. While they provided a fan, there was no place to keep the fan is the bed room was very small. Internet did not work. Parking is very scares and only allowed for 2 hours between 8am and 6 pm (Free in the night though)

Great location

Spacious, clean modern apartment with comfortable beds. Good restaurants in immediate area.

We picked because advertised AC but there was a single portable unit in the living room which was inadequate to cool the apartment. And the fans in the bedrooms did little but push the hot air around. Unfortunately we hit a major heat wave with temps above 95 degrees. In normal weather this apartment would have been a great find.

Very central. Value for money compared to hotel prices. Kind reception and checkin logistics.

Prior to arriving, there was an overload of very long emails. Several about parking, many about the check-in process. This caused that important information about (e.g.) calling 30 mins before arrival, was hidden. Took me reading all emails many times to understand the process. It then went smoothly, but the info was confusing and hidden across too many emails.

Excellent, superbly equipped apartments with a good location at a reasonable price

Above all expectations. Very spacious, well-equipped apartments with modern design. Located on the central street, 500 meters from the train station, 10-15 minutes walk from all major attractions. A really huge balcony with a good view around.

Great stay in Luxembourg

Property was spacious even for 3 people and recently renovated. The apartment had all sorts of amenities making our stay more than pleasant. Quite clean overall and good location close to the historic centre. It was a very nice stay and I totally recommend the Queen Luxury Apartments.

The location was great right by the tram, and close to the city center, Welcome team was nice.

The price felt unjustified given the conditions—there was a strong cigarette smell in the apartment and sheets, the sofa was dirty, the bathroom was uncomfortably small, TV cable channels didn’t work, and the interior decoration was poorly done. I expected higher standards.

Location was Excellent. Halal Food (Turkish) restaurants was very closed 3 minutes away. Food quality was excellent. We tried Doner Kebab. Hamalius was excellent place to visit. You can take tram from near station.

A modern and tidy apartment but with some important caveats (maintenance, fees, location)

In general, the apartment was very modern and tidy and we really appreciated little conveniences like the electronic blackout curtains, the proximity to public transportation, and the free water bottle provided for us in the fridge. The hosts were responsive and helpful, accommodating our late check-in and late check-out, and even offering to potentially store our luggage for us so that we could be more mobile on our last day before our evening flight.

There are several things that disappointed us about our stay. For starters, the apartment was uncomfortably hot, even with the AC and fan running, which was quite bizarre given that it was cold and rainy outside. Second, the toilet in the bathroom sprays water all over the seat and floor every time you flush, regardless of whether the seat is closed. Third, the apartment is conveniently located near public transportation, but guests should know that it is also situated in one of the most crime-ridden parts of Luxembourg, and there are many people who will be out loitering on the streets and making noise at all hours through the night. Lastly, while we appreciated the hosts accommodating our late check-in, we were very frustrated by the 40 euro charge for this service. We understand that it may be inconvenient when guests arrive late, but 40 euros is exorbitant (~a 25% increase on the price we were paying per night) and it was only after we had made our nonrefundable booking that you shared this information. In the future, all fees and their exact amounts should be listed in your property description so as to allow guests for guests to make informed decisions on whether or not these terms are acceptable *prior* to making their booking - not once they're locked in and facing another charge.

Location and cleanliness All good except the staff

Location near to the tram station and train staion. Supermarkets nearby. Clean and modern apartment but little bit small. Comfortable beds. The apartment had tea, coffe, dishwasher and washing machine tablets.

No AC in the room. Too noisy at the night because of trams. Key handover process is not good. Had to call multiple times before entering the apartment. After 15 mins we saw a lady coming towards us to hand over the keys but on the way she stopped to talk with someone and we had to wait for 10 mins more. We did not allowed early check in and even you can’t leave your luggage.

We had a fantastic time and the apartment was comfortable, clean, excellent facilities and perfect location.

Coming home at night sometimes people sitting in the doorway which made us a bit nervous (although never caused us any trouble) and also if on balcony some loud activity and drug use visible in the doorways across the street but only late at night and no issues at all during the day time.

Convenient location, well equipped and better value than a conventional hotel room.

Very clean, good security. Had everything one could want in the way of appliances & convenience. Walking distance to historical district and free tram and bus service out front for the rest of the city.

Our apartment was facing busy major street and seem to be under a flight path - thus noisy. While sitting area had AC, the bedroom would have benefited from having a fan.
