The most beautiful accommodation ever

This is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. It was even nicer than the pictures! It was beautifully furnished, really clean, an amazing location and it felt really special to stay there. We miss it a lot! We also loved the speaker 🎶

Modern and stylish apartment.

Modern. Clean. Large. Great Location.

Check in was very rigid. Wouldn’t let us access the room any earlier, were 5mins late releasing codes. Nearly got locked in the refuse store, after disposing of waste and recycling. Would suggest a video that covers this point. WiFi was temperamental. After you book, there are detailed rules issued about the stay. If you don’t clear waste you will be charged €300 or if there are stains, from say an accident it’s €200. We normally strip the beds, clear waste, however it felt we needed to go above and beyond for what is part of the cleaning fee.

Perfect location and comfortable well equipped accommodation

Lovely spacious apartment with high end fixtures and decor. Very quiet and a lovely view of the park

We had WiFi problems but the team were very responsive when we messaged them. Also extremely dry air which would benefit from a humidifier. Overall though these are minor issues and I wouldn't let that put me off.

Great location, very safe and quiet. Comfortable bed. Spacious.

10 o clock check out with a "no" for even an hour later. Very dusty and glass surfaces dirty. Bedroom and ensuite really overlooked so need to close curtains. Overly complex app for check in Clear failure by team to read and apply feedback in other booking.com reviews.

Excellent choice in Luxembourg city

Smart modern spacious and clean accommodation, a few minutes walk from the Place d'Armes, in the very heart of Luxembourg. There is a paid car park on Ave Monterey a few yards away. The hosts provide copious information including short videos on every possible subject regarding the property.

Too much information and communication, if anything - keeping up with it becomes an unwelcome distraction. I don't empty the bins when I am paying £75 to stay at a Premier Inn in London, so guests should not be expected to take the rubbish down to the basement when they are paying over 250 Euros a night.

Excellent flat for visiting Luxemburg

The location was excellent, a few tram stops from the railway station, in a modern building some minutes from the historic center. The flat was spacious, well designed, very convenient, and clean. The kitchen very well equipped. Actually it was one of the most excellent flat we ever stayed during traveling extensively. The staff was very good when there was some problem with the wifi, they contacted us and sorted out quickly.

Very nice apartment, good location.

Not having a luggage store, as our flights were changed and we arrived early, and had a 4 hour wait. Tried to get luggage storage at the station but all pre-booked and nothing available. The Wi-Fi at the apartment was terrible and was constantly going on and off.

Modernes, geräumiges Apartment in Innenstadtnähe

Lage direkt an der Innenstadt sehr verkehrsgünstig für ÖPNV-Anbindung und Besuche der Stadt. Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig. Moderne Küche mit gutem Ofen/Kochfeld und Geschirrspüler. Sofa im Wohnzimmer recht gemütlich und Fußboden sehr angenehm. Bad und Dusche waren auch sehr ansprechend und die separate Toilette eine gute Idee.

Recht wenige Küchenutensilien vorhanden (große Messer, Schalen, Kellen, etc.). Gebäude hat eine Lüftung, die permanent läuft und die auch durchaus zu hören ist. Infos über die Müllentsorgung (Bio, Papier, etc.) waren veraltet. Das Ambiente in dem Haus (keine Fahrzeuge in der Tiefgarage, untere Etagen ohne Menschen, recht dunkle Straße auf der Eingangsseite des Hauses) ist schon ein wenig ungewöhnlich, aber es könnte auch an dem Besuch über Neujahr gelegen haben, dass alles unbewohnt wirkte.

Great stay in the city centre

Posizione eccellente nel centro città, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus per andare in aeroporto. Resta comunque in una zona molto tranquilla, di fronte ad un grande parco. L'appartamento è moderno, spazioso, pulito, ben attrezzato e molto luminoso. I gestori della struttura sono stati accoglienti e d'aiuto ancora prima del nostro arrivo, lasciando dei video esplicativi su come funziona ogni cosa nell'appartamento. Very recommend!

דירה נפלאה לשהייה ארוכה - מקסימום נוחות!

יחידת דיור מהממת וחדשה. דירה גדולה ובאמת כשמה סטיילסטית , מאוד נוחה כ80 מ"ר ברמת גימור גבוה מאוד. מאוד נוח למי שמגיע לתקופות ארוכות. יש מטבח מאובזר ומכונת כביסה ומייבש.

לא היה מענה לשאלות לאורך זמן רב מדי. לא היו בדירה סבון גוף ושמפו, מאוד מאכזב. אנחנו הגענו מאוחר לחדר ולא היה לנו נעים לחפש את הדברים הבסיסים האלה.

Schlechte Ausstattung, zu teuer.

Super Lage, moderne Möbel

Ausstattung Küche und Bad sehr spartanisch. Im Bad gab es 2 x Duschgel und Shampoo als Einwegpackungen (bei 3 Übernachtungen), die Handseife war mit Wasser aufgefüllt .. In der Badezimmer Schublade fanden wir Unterwäsche (gebraucht) vom Vormieter. In der Küche gab es nicht mal Spülmittel. Keine Grundausstattung in der Küche, wie zumindest Pfeffer oder Salz. Was bei einer Wohnung in dieser Preisklasse durchaus angemessen wäre. Bei Buchung Gies es keine Parties (verständlich) aber beim online Check i. Hieß es dann, es darf niemand außer die Mieter die Wohnung betreten, also kein Besuch. Die tolle Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer war von außen total verdreckt. Der Check in war autonom, aber etwas langwierig, da man sich hierzu Videos anschauen musste. Schade, die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön.

Localisation, style, propreté... c'est magnifique!

Trop de mails avant le séjour et difficile de trouver les explications pour entrer dans l'appartement... un mail synthétique serait plus agréable. Codes pour les portes très petits et peu lisibles. Pas d'explication pour faire fonctionner TV et audio, pas d'AC dans la chambre, produits d'accueil (savon, shampooing) basiques
