The bed is comfortable and the location is relatively close to the city center, although the walk involves about 10 minutes of steep uphill walking, as the property is located in the lower area while the main attractions are higher up.
Unfortunately, Suite No. 1 is extremely small (around 4–5 sqm in total), including a single bed and a tiny bathroom with no proper shower. The ceiling-mounted shower forces you to shower in a very narrow space between the sink and the toilet, flooding the entire bathroom afterwards. On the top of that, the hot water in the sink was not working, so I could only wash with cold water.
The room has no windows, only a French door without curtains. It’s impossible to ventilate the room, and daylight comes in immediately in the morning, making proper rest difficult. The lack of space, air, and light creates a strong sense of claustrophobia.
In January, with snow outside, there was no heating at all. I really don’t understand how this can be considered acceptable in any way. It felt completely unreasonable, especially given the winter temperatures in Luxembourg.
The room appears to be built from a container-like structure with very poor insulation.
A small electric heater was provided but could only be used for short periods, as it made the air hard to breathe (and it's dangerous for for continuous overnight use.
Despite the issues reported, I was also asked to remove a small food bag from the shared fridge, which felt completely inappropriate given the inconvenient circumstances.
Additionally, due to the cold, the gates could not be opened with the key, forcing me to climb over them several times to enter the property.
Conclusion: if this is your only remaining option because everything else is fully booked, you may have to accept it. Otherwise, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel (or other suites in this facility). The price is not justified at all—this accommodation is realistically worth around €40 per night, no more.

The location is very pleasant and close to the historic center and public transport. The room for two people was spacious as well as the bathroom. The bathroom was really nice!
The owner likes art, especially modern design and is a fan of architectural literature.
I would suggest everyone to book the rooms for two people, since the room for one is tiny even for someone wearing "s" size. In the bigger room I could hear the neighbours nextdoor (at least 3 or 4 drunk French speakers) which arrived late in the night and made noise for a couple of hours.

It is really well designed and the common house had a nice vibe to it. The host was responsive as well and very kind to accommodate my request to leave luggage earlier and post checkout, as my flight was later in the day.
I didn’t like the fact that the room is way too small and was missing simple things like hand soap, face towels or a mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom is so small that the shower is right over the sink. I struggled with how tight the space was.

Nothing all was perfect

We got a spacious room, smartly decorated, with a rustic yet modern ambiance. The location was ideal, as one can reach the center of the city in a couple of minutes (via a panoramic elevator) and the street where the property is located is quite silent and pretty.

Location
It was a bit smaller than expected and didn’t know we had to share the living space for breakfast etc
Also room was very nice so as bathroom it was spacious! But there is only one hook for the towel to hang in the bathroom

The place itself is super well located, walking distance to the centre, the area is very relax, that is perhaps the best I can possibly highlight.
Constructive side;
We reserved the place because of several reasons, the main reasons were the location and the fact that the place included a "kitchen". Upon arrival we got a nice welcome by the owner, who kindly took us to the apartment / rooms on the 1st floor, we could not find the kitchen, so I asked the owner about the kitchen, he said they are making some changes or renovations and the kitchen was not available, we mentioned our reservation included a kitchen he said we could use the kitchen on the ground floor but this was shared with the other guest, but they had no cooking pans or pots, he said they could give us 1 or 2 cooking pots/pans.
I asked for a frying pan, had then to use the shared kitchen as there was no other option as they said, there was No apartment that included a kitchen they could offer us. We just arrived after a very long drive so you want to settle, make a meal and enjoy only 2 days in Luxemburg.
Then I called Booking.com to explain that we had no kitchen but only a shared kitchen, and limited pans/pots, the first agent from B.com customer service told me this was an overbooking and they will offer me a suitable alternative if the owners did not offer me an apartment with a kitchen included (not shared), after like 40 minutes the customer service agent told me that the owners could offer me another apartment with a kitchen included but I had to pay Extra Money for this !! at that point it felt as that apartment they just offered me with the kitchen included was the actual apartment we had booked, but we were given another one with a shared semi kitchen, of course I said I will not pay any extra money as the apartment we booked had a kitchen included, so why asked for more money now.
Upon advice from B.com customer service agent, we were advised that B.com will ask the owners for a suitable alternative with a kitchen within 30 min, if they could not offer this then B.com will relocate us to a place with a kitchen included. After the 30 minutes, B.com agent told us they would contact us back with a suitable alternative as the owners did not offer a suitable apartment for the same price, the agent said we can wait for their call in our car so once they send us the alternative we can just drive there.
Then we packed our stuff back in the car, we parked near by waiting for B.com to send us the alternative. After many calls, almost 4 hours on the phone and most of them waiting, new B.com agents told us they cannot help us and said we could go back Graace house or find a place on our own !! they said the first agent offered us to find an alternative by mistake, 5 or 6 hours later we returned to Graace house and stayed in the apartment we were offered without a kitchen.
Biggest error was from the B.com agent telling us to wait in the car for them to send us an alternative, however, the issue was triggered by Graace house not providing us with what we had booked, still they "did offer us" an apartment with a kitchen but with extra cost, meaning that the apartment we booked according to the description (with kitchen) was actually available, why we did not get it... is not clear
The place was decorated by the owner, a bit artistic, we slept under a picture of an dead Man on a Bed surrounded by Candles and flowers, like a kind of a funeral ceremony, for us was Very Creepy.

We loved staying at the fabulously creative Graace House. Our room (# 2) was a very spacious small apartment, with lovely views of the surrounding foliage, such comfortable bedding, a wonderful modern shower, and architectural books to inspire. Nathalie was very accessible and accommodating … We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location was very calm and peaceful but not too far away from the centre of the town. We had the chance to meet the owner and he was very nice and friendly !! Overall, we had a very nice stay ☺️
The shower was pretty but not fit for a family since it's transparent and you can basically see everything, but that's basically it!

The size of the suite 1 was not clear for me before arriving there. It was not a proble, but a more comprehensive description would have been nice.
As the mirror is right behind the entrance to the suite, I often felt a bit of a lack of privacy. Maybe a curtain behind the door would do the trick.
Other than that, I had a great experience in the accommodation!

Cosy little thing in the middle of nature. I liked the idea but it's ridiculously small compared to the other one in Bonnevoie. Probably designed for different sizes of people.
The place was too small and you could hear the cars running on the street. No curtains so no late sleeping and zero privacy (other guests were even peeking in the room). The bathroom included toilet, shower and sink in maybe less than 1sqm; for me going to the toilet would mean to physically squeeze through the sink and the door wall, which was utterly unpleasant. While sitting on the toilet or washing your hands, occasionally the top shower head which was fixed would squirt water and get your clothes wet. No hot water to wash your hands which in cold days would give more discomfort. The only socket close to the desk was in the bed, together with the light switch which made me turn on the light during the night several times.

We loved the design of the place I don’t know, but I’ve got a feeling that the owners are architects as it was very modern and quite different. Perfect for a couple and with the communal area and outside tables it ideal and exactly what we wanted.
The location was great and it didn’t take long to get into the city centre.
You could hear guests upstairs and next door, but it wasn’t that bad just when it was really quiet if they were doing stuff late at night or early in the morning.

Very different and stylistic. Great decor and interesting design choices and fittings.
Air conditioning would be great in the summer. But understand why it may not be installed.

Location is amazing right next to the old town so all the main sights are within walking distance. Also the train station is easily reachable via public transportation. The staff was really good and responsive to any questions.
I would not recommend booking Suite #1 it is VERY small and could feel a bit claustrophobic tbh, especially if you are a tall/bigger person. Book one of the other suites if you want more comfortable stay. For one or two nights Suite #1 is fine as long as you use it just to sleep. The bed was quite hard and small so might not feel super comfortable to sleep on. Also during this time of the year the room was very warm so if you prefer to sleep in a cooler room, I wouldn't recommend this location as there is no AC. Suite #1 is partially built in a container. In the bathroom you basically have to shower over the toilet and sink. Suite #1 is VERY compact.

Suite 2 the picture above the (master) bed (sure there’s a story behind it though) walls are “thin”

We had a lovely stay in Suite 2. The location is perfect—just steps from the old town with beautiful views. The host was very welcoming, and the interior design is thoughtfully done, with a great collection of architecture books for design lovers. Though it’s officially a 1-bedroom suite, the living room was well-adapted with a proper second bed. We also appreciated the handy capsule coffee machine.
There are a few things to be aware of: the semi-open layout looks stylish but allowed for some early morning noise—earplugs might help. Also, access to the main bedroom is through the room with the shower and coffee corner, which could feel a bit awkward for groups of four. Still, it worked fine for a short stay and didn’t affect our overall positive experience.

Immaculate, very comfortable beds. Location was excellent. Quiet area.
Would recommend.
No major concerns.
Only bin I could see was in the bathroom
It was a little confusing when arriving at night.
I had to chase for arrivals instructions the night before, when I realised I didn’t have the information- the host responded very quickly which was great.
When we returned back the second night the gate we had entered in on the first night was all locked which confused us but then we saw a second gate which our key opened.

We recently stayed in GRAACE Suite 2. The whole house is clean, tidy, and the location is in the old town down many steps however there is a lift that goes down the rock face which we only on the last day. I read some of the reviews after we booked it and was a little concerned however we had nothing to worry about. The owner greeted us at the property when we arrived he was kind and helped us to the room with our bags. This is a house split into different suites and the kitchen and living room are shared amongst guests however we didn’t see those who stayed in suite 1 or the other suite which was ideal for us. I loved the quirkiness of this place it has been done out to a good standard. I highly recommend this place its unique in a community of locals and lots to see when you walk out of the property and turn right you’ll see castle ruins. Great location behind the square in old town but use the lifts if you have walking difficulties.

Very good location close to the city center but still quiet. Cozy terrace with a nice view. The bed is big enough and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need.
No air conditioner, so might be quite hot in the summer.
You can’t use the kitchen to cook because there is no hood, you can only heat the food.
