Easy check-in andcheck out process, needs cleaning and maintenance

Very near to the train station and instructions to get the key was very clear and quick response of the service provider

It was very very dusty, dust everywhere like the side table in the bedroom, windows etc, light in the bedroom was broken and almost an hazard

Large apartment perfect for 6 people in a great location

Very nice apartment with a great location for easy and quick access to the city centre. Grocery store and various restaurants within walking distance. Two bathrooms and three separate bedrooms - great for a weekend with a family or some friends.

Apartment only had a single key which isn't great if you plan to go with a group of friends instead of a single family. It's also a bit of an old building - this meant creaking floorboards or even some sounds from the people staying in other units. Some of us woke up during the night from each other's sounds.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, good location, check in should have not been that difficult!

The location was excellent, was just a 12-15 min walk form the center, good access also to public transport and available street parking. The apartment was clean, the area was quiet and it is sufficient space for max 6 persons. The rooms were especially spacious. The apartment generally had everything that was needed for the stay.

I was at first very impressed with the app with all the instructions. We were due to get a video for check in 24 hours before, according to the app, that did not come. We did receive a code at the time of check in, but did not know what to do with it because again, no video came. I had to call the company and then it was received, even though I told them via booking.com a few times earlier that no video came automatically. Without this it is very difficult. We met with another guest the following day with same issue, don't know how long they were struggling before we got there. My advise please stick to sending the video 24 hours before as not everyone may have access to data when they are at the apartment, and it is generally less stress when you are prepared. I would also suggest an automatic locking door for the building rather than a key access as we realize others just left it unlocked, not very safe. For the apartment we stayed that sleeps 6 you only get one key...not convenient. At least a second set of keys is necessary, as with a group, everyone may not have the same return time. I had to stay up till 3:00 to let someone in! Finally, the garbage storage outside is also a bit unsightly and overflowing, did not feel right to add to it so we still left some garbage in the apartment.

Great city for a short break at a decent driving distance from Belgium.

Excellent and quiet location. Parking at walking distance. Comfortable bed rooms for 3 couples (or families up to 6 persons), great living room to hang around with friends whilst having breakfast or dinner. We surely enjoyed our stay in Luxembourg.

We stayed in the apartment with 4 adults but unfortunately there were only 4 coffee cups and 4 glasses for champagne.

Super Lage, schön und modern eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett, sauber Bettwäsche. Moderne Duschen. Ruhige Lage.

Die Sauberkeit im Haus ausserhalb der Wohnung war schlecht, speziell im Treppenhaus. Das Geschirr in der Küche war teilweise schmutzig. Es fehlte ein Abtrocktuch in der Küche (kitchen towel). Das Licht beim Eingang in die Wohnung hat NONSTOP gebrannt. Man konnte es nicht abstellen, wahrscheinlich ist der Sensor kaputt. Das war sehr irritierend. Der Staubsauger war sehr schmutzig und wahrscheinlich verstopft. Er hat kaum noch gesaugt.

Functioneel!

De locatie ten opzichte van de stad was top! De slaapkamers waren ruim en prima bedden.

De douches zijn erg klein en geen haakjes om handdoeken op te hangen. De inrichting van de woonkeuken was sober. We hadden ook nog een ander appartement gehuurd waarvan de prijs/kwaliteit beter was.

la propreté taches de sang sur les couettes des trois chambres porte des wc /salle de bain verrou absent porte sans serrure avec un trou a la place pour monter a l'espace salon séjour impératif de baisser la tête ,bosse assurée cheveux dans la moquette de l'escalier....manque une télécommande ? demande abusive de pièces d'identités une seule doit suffire . Cour et escalier rue porte de l'immeuble une porcherie . prière de rembourser les 170 euros payés lors de la réservation pour le ménage

Gute Lage, schönes Ambiente der Wohnung

Schlechte Ausstattung,3 Kaffeetassen! für 6 Personen, wir mussten Tassen kaufen, um Kaffee trinken zu können, 1 Weinglas! 4 Sektgläser! Sollte mal ergänzt werden, sonst ärgert man sich wegen solcher Kleinigkeiten und ist trotz der schönen Wohnung unzufrieden. Heizung im Wohnzimmer am Ankunftstag defekt, wurde am 2.Tag repariert, mussten also den ersten Abend sehr kalt sitzen. Duschkabine im oberen Badezimmer defekt, schließt nicht richtig. Treppenhaus war schmutzig, herumliegender Dreck wurde auch während der ganzen Woche nicht beseitigt.
