Spacious property and comfortable beds
Wouldn’t call it luxury, needed a few more finishing touches, and WiFi only intermittent. Basic things like a tea towel and coffee mugs would make a difference

We loved how spacious the apartment was and how central it was for our 4 day visit to Luxembourg. It has most things you need for a short to medium-term stay. Check in was an easy process and the building is quiet so we we slept well. The beds were very comfortable.
There could be more things in the kitchen for cooking, especially if you're staying for more than a few days. More cleaning supplies and toilet paper would be helpful too. The shower leaks water all over the floor which was just slightly annoying. I wouldn't say it's a luxury apartment, but it's comfortable.

We had an issue with our apartment in Villa Cortina. They very kindly moved us to an apartment in Villa Carlotta. My comments and ratings relate to Villa Carlotta. It was a lovely apartment on the top floor reached by a lift and a short set of stairs. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great - close to the station, the trams and buses. Given it rained all day we were there, we really appreciated the easy access to the free public transport. We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Carlotta.
We couldn't work out the dryer function on the washer/dryer machine. Some instructions would have been helpful.

The apartment is quite big. Gathering time is good to hold in the room. Bed are comfortable to me and other facilities are quite good
The water supply is not good since the hot water supply suddenly stopped while I was showering. Others tried waiting for it to be restored but eventually gave up. My family members are elderly and need hot water for showers.
In addition, the tapping water is quite dirty. I placed a cup of water on the table and there are some black spot covering the water.
It is quite surprising me and I suggest the holder should check and improve the tapping.
