Not what I was expecting from the photos and poor customer service.

The apartment was in a good location for getting to work. The kitchen facilities were good and had everything I needed for my stay. I was glad a clothes rack for drying clothes was provided.

The balcony was very dirty and wasn't somewhere you would want to sit. There were very few windows in the apartment so it was very dark and oppressive. The TV could only be viewed when sitting on the bed and this was still not a good angle. I extended my stay and had to request additional consumables multiple times. I have requested an invoice multiple times and still not received one. The instructions said it was on the 1st floor but it was in fact on the second floor which caused some confusion when checking in as it was self check-in. There was a lot of banging one night which was quite disconcerting. The apartment was much smaller than I expected from the photos.

We left after almost 2 hours and 3 phone calls with no solution for the problem

We left after almost 2 hours and 3 phonecalls with the owner . Airconditioning remote was no where to be found, appartement was extremely hot ( outside 30degrees was way cooler) and only response on the phone was OK without any solution. Haven t stayed due to this and they will not refund!

Great apartment in the city

We were given an upgraded room, and instructions for the new address were clear. We were greeted by staff at the front and they enured we were comfortable in the room. The actual room had a great living area, and the bed was comfortable. Great bathroom, and excellent lighting around the whole apartment. Also nice and close to the train station.

Some people have mentioned the area as being not nice. This is not entirely true. At night, the main square does attract some more drunken behaviour, but during the day, the square is full of nice bakeries and plenty of families. But we didnt hang around much when we got back late at night.

Overall a great apartment & would have been fantastic if the communication with the owner had been better.

Overall a nice spacious apartment with lots of natural light, character & great location.

The bedding did not work well, for the king size option of the mattress & bedding only sufficient for 2 single beds. The wooden cutting board in the kitchen smelled & even with washing was definitely not hygienic as it was impossible to clean. We had difficulty with communication with this same day booking. Messages were not responded to until we finally sent a message via WhatsApp.

They told me I shall cancel the reservation and charged me than 150 EUR.

After I reserved the reservation I received an Whatsapp from an telephone number in Luxemburg. The message said, that there was a technical Problem with Booking and I should cancel the reservation. I did that and the person who rented the flat charged me 150 EUR for the cancelation. I wrote to the whatsapp number which wrote me that i shall cancel the reservation and so far got no response.

Great place to stay

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Close to the station and public transport. Supermarket around the corner and heaps of restaurants and takeaway options. Staff are wonderful and helpful.

location good, accommodation fine - clean. There is more equipment in the kitchen that you find in a restaurant

Even though there is so much equipment, it would have been useful to have small amounts of cooking essentials e.g. salt pepper, oil etc. which you dont really buy if you are visiting for a couple of days The bathroom in the apartment (5th floor, RHS) was up some quite steep stairs (especially after a night out!) and it was very small

The bathroom light didn't work, so we had to take a shower and go to the toilet IN THE DARK, which is unacceptable when you pay 179€ for one single night. The walls were also not soundproof like it was stated in the description, which leads to lack of privacy.

Mooie locatie, maar voor deze prijs zijn er veel betere en schonere mogelijkheden in Luxemburg.

Locatie in het centrum was perfect. Het was een ruim appartement.

Het was erg smoezelig, servies was vies en leek niet afgewassen. Lakens van de bedden hadden vlekken. Badkamer was vies en de bodem van het bad (waar je in moet staan om te douchen) moesten we ook eerst zelf schoonmaken alvorens we konden douchen.

Ich habe ein Deluxe Studio mit Terrasse gebucht und dafür entsprechend bezahlt. Vor Ort hat man mich informiert, dass ich in ein anderes Gebäude muss und somit auch ein anderes Apartment bekomme. Die Ausrede war: Es hat stark geregnet und das in die Wohnung rein!! Das Apartment: Bestückt mit alten, zerschlissenen Möbeln; keine Terrasse; WLAN immer wieder weg;

Sehr schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, gemütliches Apartment mit viel Komfort (z.B. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, 2 Kaffeemaschinen, Teekocher etc.) im 5. Stock. Betten waren recht bequem (auch das Sofabett im Wohnzimmer), alles sauber, viel Schrankraum. Schlüsselübergabe mit Safebox an der Eingangstüre ging problemlos. Lage in Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, wir haben uns aber auch abends sicher gefühlt (vergleichbar mit Bahnhofsgegenden in anderen deutschen Großstädten). Trambahnstation ins Stadtzentrum (Station Hamilius aussteigen) ist 5 Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt (Verkehrsmittel sind in Lux kostenlos). Frühstücken kann man gut zwei Häuser weiter bei MK ART Coffee. Sonst auch viele Restaurants nahe bei.

Bad etwas eng und man muss eine kleine Treppe hochgehen. Früh morgens hörte man etwas die Flugzeuge (störte uns aber nicht so).

Ótima acomodação, muito bem localizado! Muito confortável!

Tivemos dificuldade no checkin! No email q nos mandaram disseram q deveríamos avisar 30 minutos antes da chegada! E assim fizemos! Porem ao chegar no endereço não havia ninguém esperando! Então ligamos novamente varias vezes até que alguem nos atendesse para passar as instruções! Todos outros lugares que reservei, nos passavam as instruções de entrada com uma certa antecedência! Foi muito chato ficar esperando na calçada, cheio de malas!
