A very pleasant stay in a fascinating city.

Very pleasant, spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood. Just a ten minute walk into town centre.

The tap in the toilet is very fiddly to use. There were some crumbs on the floor when we arrived.

Unbelievable behaviour - WATCH OUT

The apartment is nice, once they let you get inside

I was kept in the street in freezing cold for an hour after the check in hour, without getting the code to enter. I was sick for a few days as a result of that. They had no explanation for that and didn't do or try to do anything to make up for that.

Great location near city center

The location was very nice, one block from the bus stop and just a 5 minute walk to the city center. Since all public transportation is free, it made it very convenient getting to the airport, train station, and everywhere else you want to go. Kitchen was nicely equipped, beds were comfortable, and right downstairs was a market, pharmacy, and a few restaurants.

Just a nice expensive apartment just don't expect anything else except for the nice decor.

Yes it is a beautiful apartment at a convenient location and you pay for that, which is ok if the other points were met.

1. We arrived very late. Past 11pm. There were no lights at the corridor of the entrance so it was very difficult to figure out the numbers of the locks especially when they were low down as well. The lights did not work when you enter through the door and we had to feel the walls along the stairs till we find another switch. 2. No lifts but I know in Europe many apartments have no lift. Luckily I had help with my bags. 3. I asked for a late check out shower but was told it is charged at 10 euros per hour after 10am, so I decided to shower before check out. Unfortunately the heater and hot water were already turned off! We could not shower and the place was starting to get cold. 4. The tea bags are pretty old. Quite sure some are expired as the words on the labels are fading. 5. There were no condiments for cooking. With such a nice kitchen, there's no basic oil or milk. Most apartments with kitchen will have at least some basic stuff. 6. There was no detergent for washing dishes by hand. There was a dishwasher but I don't want to wash a cup using a dishwasher! 7. No decent shower stuff. They provided little packets like three star hotels which were hard to tear off. Just can't be bothered after that. 8. The tap in the toilet was so hard to turn your fingers hurt just trying to turn on the tap! 9. They keep asking for our passport photos even though we had sent! I feel more like a criminal than a guest. I understand their concern but they have to sort out their admin process to have a better customer experience. If you do not have wifi or roaming, you will be stuck.

Property is very centrally located, close to transportation and grocery store. Walking distance from city center.

The window in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t close, the maintenance person promptly came the next morning to fix it. According to the listing I expected the apartment to have a washer/dryer. It didn’t have any.

Perfect for us for a long weekend! Would definitely return

Excellent location a short level walk from the centre. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery etc right on doorstep. Comfortable beds, lovely strong shower. Easy check in instructions. Great WiFi.

Big plastic palm tree in living room - why?!! Drain smell from shower on arrival, though that thankfully cleared after use.

Wasserhahn defekt, Geschirr schmutzig

Geräumig. Abwaschmaschine und Tabs. Getrennte WC und Dusche. Jalousien in Schlafzimmer gut. Gute Instruktionsfilme.

Wasserhahn bei WC defekt!! Pfannenboden angebrannt und krumm. Geschirr und Besteck war dreckig!!! Kühlschrank knapp sauber. Zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck für 4 oder 6 Personen! Jalousie in Wohnzimmer nicht sehr dicht. Klimaanlage wacklig, laut und wenig Leistung. Entsorgungsmöglichkeit für PET-Flaschen fehlt. Zu viel Decko. Bei 6 Personen fehlt sicher daher Platz bei so viel zu Chichi. Matratzen in Mitte vertieft - man rollt nachts zusammen. Zu wenig Haken für Duschtücher.

No pude ingresar a las 15 horas.Perdí un tour por la ciudad. Te reciben a través de un video y no logré que me dieran las claves de ingreso hasta después de 45 minutos de espera en la puerta.
