Overall, we were pleased with the apartment, and would consider renting it again.

The location was excellent! It was spacious and clean. The operational videos were very helpful.

There were no staples: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels, trash can liners, etc. Everything had to be purchased. The heating didn't work, even after the maintenance personnel supposedly fixed it. Bedroom 1 was set for 17 degrees, but it registered 23 or 24. Thankfully, with the window open, it was comfortable. The living room furniture was not suitable (too low) for an older person.

Upon checking in for four nights, it seemed we were in the middle of nowhere but we quickly got our bearings and found the central of the old city (three blocks), small grocery store (10 minute walk), great local Italian restaurant (seven minute walk).

It is a two bed, two bath, with one much larger than the other. The larger bedroom has a curb less walk-in shower which because of the clogged drain overflowed water an inch deep into the bathroom and the bedroom. It wasn’t until the next morning that management got a cleanup crew on. And management did not remove the area carpet so it smelled of mildew by the end of our stay. The drain got cleaned out of all the goop by the cleanup crew and it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned out for some time. Despite a request for a price adjustment for this big problem, management has just ignored the request.

Furniture on balcony was full of birdshit, floor was not well cleaned (dust in many places), fridge was not clean and smelly - we cleaned it so it did not smell old food.

Wonderful stay in Luxembourg!

Location, Location, Location… Close to Bus and Tram stops, active and entertaining evenings. Property itself was unbelievable! Large bedrooms that opened up Huge Living Room, Kitchen and of course the Balcony, words cannot describe how wonderful the Balcony is! Comfy furniture, great place to stay. Would book next time I’m in Luxembourg.

The location was outstanding- 1/2 block to the tram and 2 blocks to the city square. The apartment is bright, modern, spacious, and roomy; the outdoor balcony is an added bonus! Check-in and check-out was very easy; management communicated well throughout our stay. There’s an elevator directly to the apartment door— so nice for my elderly mom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 10/10!

Luxemburg schön. Wohnung Pfui!!

Wohnung ist grundsätzlich sehr schön die Lage ist sehr gut.

Die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft. Jeder hat nur ein Badetuch. Gesichtshandtücher gibt es nur eines für zwei Personen, auf der Toilette war weder Seife noch Handtuch, nur eine angebrochene Toilettenrolle. Ein zweiter, angefragte Schlüssel, da wir vier Erwachsene waren, wurde auch auf Anfrage nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Geschirr war schmuddelig, weil die Spülmaschine nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Vorhänge waren aus den Ösen heruntergehangen. Die Spiegel waren nur zur Hälfte geputzt. Alle Fensterscheiben waren verschmiert. Der Vermieter hat auf Rückfragen nur per E-Mail reagiert und sich vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag nicht sehen lassen. Achtung, er hat immer wieder nach einer Fotodokumentation, die wir sofort bei betreten des Apartments hätten machen sollen, verwiesen. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung schön und zentral, aber der Pflegezustand ist extrem schlecht. Der Vermieter kümmert sich um nichts. Die Wohnung wird als Luxus Wohnung angeboten, ist aber keine aufgrund ihres schlechten Pflegezustand.

Heerlijk luxe appartement op een fijne locatie.

Het is een superluxe appartement waarin niets ontbreekt. Een paar voorbeelden: een complete keuken met alle denkbare apparatuur, een heerlijke zitbank, een balkon met tafel en loungebanken, twee badkamers en vooral veel ruimte. De locatie is ook perfect: vlak bij het park en op 10 minuten lopen van de binnenstad en supermarkt. Een privé-parkeerplaats in de garage maakt het helemaal luxe. Voor werkelijk alles is er een filmpje met uitleg beschikbaar: van hoe je moet parkeren tot en met de werking van de broodrooster. Verder is er hele goede en beveiligde wifi, omdat het appartement een eigen router heeft met een echt goed wachtwoord.

Er zijn wel wat verbeterpunten om het echt luxe te maken: - de uitchecktijd van 10 uur is niet relaxed, 11 uur is gebruikelijk en zou fijn zijn - we misten voldoende kleine handdoeken, 1 grote en 1 kleine per persoon is minimaal nodig - het is jammer dat ik pas bij het uitchecken te zien kreeg dat je extra handdoeken kon bijbestellen - het is jammer dat extra handdoeken 70 euro kosten, dat is bizar veel - chromecast werkte niet (dit zag ik in veel reviews), de tv werkt alleen op basis van streaming Dit zijn kleine punten, het is echt een heerlijk appartement en zeker aan te bevelen.

Verassend verblijf

Ligging, ruim, schoon. We hadden ander appartement die we oorspronkelijk geboekt hadden, maar deze was qua ligging mooier. Uitzicht op het park en aan de rand van Ville Haute. Je loopt dus zo de stad in.Dus deze review gaat niet over het appartement op de afbeelding. Daar zijn we uiteindelijk niet geweest. Het inchecken en afval wegbrengen lijkt een beetje op een escaperoom, het gebouw is orachtig maar onbegrijpelijk met overal liften naar verschillende verdiepingen.

Расположение в самом центе, очень удобно. Вид из окна прекрасный, было тихо, кровати удобные. 2 санузла и душевые, очень уютно.

Мы попросили ранний заезд, написали, что в 10.00 мы приехали. С нас взяли 20 евро и написали, что заезд возможен только с 13.00. Но если хотите ещё за 10 евро можем забрать чемоданы на 30 минут раньше. В итоге мы под ливнем стояли 2 часа и ждали инструкцию. В 13.01 пришли инструкции. В квартире было холодно, хотя это только ноябрь и за окном было 14 градусов. Мы выполнили все инструкции, но теплее не стало. Геля для душа дают 4 шт маленьких одноразовых на двоих и 2 маленьких мыльца. Полотенце одно маленькое и одно большое на 2 дня при том, что сушить негде батареи холодные. Есть дополнительное одеяло, но пододеяльник забыли одеть на него. И все цветы в доме искусственным и пыльные. Светильник над кроватью прозрачный и когда включаешь свет там полно пыли.

Geweldig luxe en ruim appartement in het centrum

Zeer ruim appartement met alle benodigde faciliteiten. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en hebben een eigen badkamer allebei. Het appartement ligt mooi centraal en heeft nog een fijn balkon.

Het is er geweldig; een klein verbeterpuntje is het aantal handdoeken.
