Nice and comfortable, not far from center
No staff available. must make an appointment at an exact time to check in. no parking was available, I was told to park in front of facility. No possibility to pay for parking at city park meters after 18.00 and in the morning, I took the car at 10.00 am to see I received a parking ticket for the morning. It may be good for a long stay, but for a quick stay, too problematic to make the exact time appointments etc.

Not as described but a nice apartment
Clean and spacious apartment, nicely decorated and comfortable.
Firstly, we didn’t get the apartment we booked, we got the one next door. We were told it hadn’t been cleaned. Most importantly though the description said it had a bathroom with a shower and ensuite with a shower, it only has 1 shower, not 2. We booked it as it had 2 showers which is important when you have 5 people trying to get out in the morning, and a big reason why we chose the apartment. We were told the apartment we were supposed to be in had 2 showers but this was later denied by the property manager when I contacted him. To add to it also had to go hunting for towels, which were hard when we got them in a cupboard, and there were no toiletries out either. The person who let us into the apartment couldn’t find any but we eventually found them at the bottom of a wardrobe. I contacted the property manager 3 times and received rather bland and unhelpful feedback, he insisted all his apartments only had 1 shower, he didn’t have an answer when I asked why he advertised it with 2 showers. Very disappointing as we had other options and customer care was very poor.
