About this apartment rental
This Penthouse of 100m2 is located on the top floor of a building of high standing (with elevator). The furniture and benefits of this apartment are up to the expectations of the most demanding (Bose system with IPod station, flat screen and satellite TV, wifi, designer furniture ...).
It consists of a large living room with kitchen in the American style, 2 bedrooms each with a large double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and separate toilet. All around, and accessible from each room, balconies and terraces will allow you to admire the 360-degree view.
You will have everything you could need.
Towels and sheets are provided.
Soap and shampoo as well as basic ingredients for the kitchen are at your disposal.
There is a hairdryer and an iron.
A few minutes walk you can access:
1 supermarket (open on Sunday morning)
2 Italian restaurants
1 French restaurant
1 chinese restaurant
1 Indian restaurant
1 bakery / cafe
1 service station
-The bus stop is in front of the building. There are direct links to the city center, the train station, Kirchberg and the airport.
Allow 5 minutes to get to the central square of Luxembourg and less than 10 minutes to the train station.
-Otherly you can always walk to the city center (1,5km).
- A bike station (Luxembourg velib) is 50 meters from the apartment.
