Villa Canterbury

Tuvimos que contactar nosotros con los propietarios para poder conseguir las llaves porque no nos habían enviado las instrucciones de entrada hasta que no enviásemos copia de nuestros DNIs. Hubo una pequeña confusión con eso justo en el momento en el que mismos que entrar. . Pienso que deberían haber sido los propietarios quienes tendrían que habernos contactado previamente para pedirnos los DNIs, si es que los necesitaban para darnos las claves de entrada al apartamento.

Big and well equipped apartment on the ground floor. It had direct access to a nice semi-private garden from the living room. The beds were comfy and the apartment was super clean.

Everything was good, nothing we didn't like. One thing: It wasn't clear to me if I can park in the parking lot of the building, There was one spot marked with the name of the apartment, but the host didn't respond to my inquiries if I can park there.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, as is the bed, and I slept very well during my stay. The living room and kitchen are well-equipped.

Communication with the property is very poor. For the key collection, I was asked to call the property 30 minutes before arrival, and then on the phone I was asked to call again when at the property to be given the code and instructions to get the keys. This information could simply have been sent to me by e-mail, which would have sped things up, especially as they didn't always answer the phone on the first ring. I was asked to check in online, and received a check-in form for another guest, which had their private details already filled in, so not great for data privacy. I was assured that I would receive an invoice for my stay by e-mail, but my messages requesting an invoice have gone unanswered so far.

Location is very quite, but you can get to the center very fast. The atmosphere from staying is great, you should choose that one 😊
