Soggiorno piacevole con grande smart TV con Netflix, ecc. Posizione ottima Appartamento ristrutturato di gusto molto personale, curato
La mancanza di un altro climatizzatore in soggiorno, e' presente solo in camera ( che non e' attigua al soggiorno). Quando fa molto caldo non e'sufficiente. Le scale ripide e pericolose (con un bagaglio pesante diventerebbe un'impresa salire). I cuscini sono terribili, troppo bassi ed inconsistenti
