Great, professional welcome. Clean property. Abundance of "niceties'. This is a great example of hospitality! Water, tea, coffee, pastry for breakfast. Even a soft drink and bottled water in the room
TV. A fan! A very comfortable chair and a lovely bed. I tried to book again for the following week but couldn't. It's my intention to return. A real jewel. Credit to the host!
A little untidy in the area. Busy traffic. But none of this reflected on the host or the accommodation.

The location is great. You can easily walk into Manchester. The little extras were great too. Tea, coffee, biscuits, water etc. A large fan in the room really helped. Great location for the city centre and parking was easy. The hosts were really nice and helpful too.
The region is one where you should be careful. I wouldn’t want to be a woman alone at night there. Also the room and bathroom even though clean and comfortable are very tired. It’s poorly built but everything works just fine it’s just visible cabling, visible pipe work, too much silicone to seal the bath etc There’s nothing modern or new about the property, the exact opposite. Fine for a couple of guys for a few nights but I wouldn’t want to stay there with my wife.

Host is incredibly helpful and kindly. Room was clean and stock with extras like bottled water, tea & coffee, biscuits and soda.
At night it's quite didn't notice any noise slept right through and comfortable.
Great communications answered my questions promptly and helpful.
Would highly recommend !
