A peaceful 2 bedroom family retreat with a private entrance, tucked away in Eastbourne. Open plan lounge with comfy sofa, large TV & fully fitted kitchen with all its essentials. Refurbished to a very high standard indeed. Spacious bedrooms (double beds, one ensuite) & fully fitted guest bathrooms/WC. Moments from the beach and town centre. Excellent family base!
Great location, is super bright and has a good-sized front room. Newly refurbished with a modern design, this house is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and town centre, making it a fantastic holiday home for a small family.
The modern living/dining room provides a light and airy feel to the apartment. It offers a tranquil contrast to the main living room, which features a large TV, an enormous sofa, and a wooden dining table.
The master bedroom boasts a supremely comfortable double bed, quality linens, towels, plenty of storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, corner bathtub, and WC.
The second bedroom, although smaller, includes a top-quality double bed, soft linens, towels, and storage. Tenants of this room have access to the second bathroom, which features a shower, toilet, and bathroom sink.
The fully equipped kitchen is of full size and includes an oven, electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and refrigerator/freezer, along with high-quality cookware. It has everything you need should you wish to dine at home.

Both my wife and I are registered disabled. Imagine our horror when opening the door to a steep flight of stairs!It does have a very solid hand rail which helped us cope for the 10 nights we were there. We were generally happy with all the amenities.The location is ideal.Parking on the road outside, or nearby, is difficult outside of normal working hours.
