The size of the property and rooms were very good. I had the smallest room and it was very comfortable. Loved that there are 2 bathrooms. Location was brilliant. Just off the high street and a Tesco express round the corner. Beach not even 200 yards away.
There is quite a bit of damp around the property.

Location is excellent, very close to the sea and all the coffee shops and restaurants.Fully equipped kitchen is one area that is updated and modern, even though the hot tap was loose. Room size is very generous, as this is a historic apartment.
Apartment needs a serious investment in decoration. Apart from the kitchen and one of the bathrooms, everything is very dated, worn out and damaged in places. This could be an incredible place once updated. Unfortunately the tv and wifi did not work when we stayed there. We spend very little time in the apartment so it did not bother us, but in this day and age this is a must.
There is no parking, but multistorey carpark is right behind the building, and has good prices.
