The location and size of the apartment was excellent. We were close to the beach, pier, town centre and theatre's The rooms were great and a decent size which we could live in easily as a family for a few days
Our shower was low so we didn't get a proper shower for a few days. It would be great to have the shower put higher with a screen to stop the water going outside the bath area

Very good location. Lots of tea, coffee and milk provided. Clean bed linen.
Beds too close together. Carpet not very clean. Only 1 side of the toaster working.

Very noisy upstairs flat. Till 2am again at 6am kids running up and down banging.

Location was excellent.
Both TV’s did not work and they were not fixed despite reporting to hotel reception. Disappointed in having to rent towels after paying nearly £1700!
