Very good location. Lots of tea, coffee and milk provided. Clean bed linen.
Beds too close together. Carpet not very clean. Only 1 side of the toaster working.

Location facilities
Very noisy upstairs flat. Till 2am again at 6am kids running up and down banging.

We have stayed at the flat before and love the location near the seafront.
The flat could do with some window insulation to keep in the heat and the weather could hear some music from upstairs one night that spoiled our peace.

Good location
Property smelt musty on entrance, although flat itself didn't. Electricity being an extra. No cover for quilt fir sofa bed.
